As a last ditch effort, you might want to back everything up and do a factory reset to see if that fixes the issue. You would have to do that anyways if you end up selling the system, so it can't hurt.

Because that would require running the Ethernet cable from the other room, and that isnt happening

Edit, ah I see what youre saying. I already have a Netgear range extender in another room, for my PC to hardline into.

I guess they could work together?

Yeah, that should work. Buy one from Best Buy or something. If it doesn't work, you can just take it back.

Thanks for the tip. Looks rather inexpensive on Amazon.

Come on launch system!

PS4 Pro X!

But really, I'm sure it will just be a new bundle or something. For Europe, if those are the only twitter accounts talking about it.

Some are saying it's related to Gran Turismo.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

Ok, so maybe someone here can help. My launch PS4 is as loud as a jet engine these days, and I've been thinking about replacing it for a while. With Destiny 2 coming out, I've had my eye on the PS4 Pro Destiny 2 bundle.

BUT...I game on a 2560x1440 monitor. No 4k for this guy. I understand that any visual/performance improvements will be minimal, but will games look actively worse playing on a set up like this?

Bundle, doesn't seem like it's for the US though.

Sony has unveiled a shiny new limited edition Gran Turismo-themed Playstation 4, featuring a faceplate bearing the GT logo and a customized wireless controller. The 1 TB system will be available for sale on October 18th across the UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

The release coincides with that of the latest Gran Turismo game, and will come with a ‘Day 1’ edition of the title, giving players $250,000 of in-game credit, sticker packs, a chrome racing helmet, and 60 PS4 avatars.

Secret of Mana being remade for the PS4, Vita, and Steam.

https://www.gamespot.com/articles/se.../1100-6452865/

Secret of Mana, one of the most beloved SNES RPGs, is being remade from the ground up for PS4, PS Vita, and Steam. It's set for release on February 15, 2018.

Shedding its 16-bit looks for high-definition 3D, this iteration of Secret of Mana intends to keep everything you love about the 1993 title but improve it for the modern day. The remake will also include unspecified gameplay updates and an entirely new musical score.

If you just can't wait to get your hands on Randi, Primm, and Popoi's adventure again, or for the first time, pre-orders are open on the PlayStation Store. Pre-orders will include two different outfits for each character--moogle and tiger. Though pre-orders are not currently live on Steam, those who pre-order or purchase the Day One Edition on the platform during launch week will also receive this bonus.

Definitely a physical PS4 (and Vita) release in Japan. Not sure if there'll be an English-friendly physical release to import. The U.S. PlayStation blog sure does make it sound like it'll be digital-only on these shores.

Who says they're starting it now? They could've been working it for months or even years already.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

To be fair, the PS Blog wants to sell you digital copies in the PSN Store. For example, the Blog mentioned that the upcoming game Everybody's Golf would be available for digital Pre-Order while neglecting to mention that a physical release would also be available at launch.

Just redeemed my preorder bonus code for Everybody's Golf from Best Buy, instead of the course and stuff, it redeemed the full game.

So I didn't get the full game unlocked... and I didn't get to play it yet as it was taking a long time to install. Maybe tonight.

I'm enjoying it so far, it is very addictive. And for some reason I love that you can just run around on a course while people are actually playing on it.

I just got 2 more emails from Best Buy with corrected pre-order codes. Both are for the full game again.
