PS4's April lineup on PS+ is Tower of Guns (PS4, PS3), Never Alone (PS4) and Aaru's Awakening (PS3/PS4).

The metal ones fit perfectly.

Which metal colour did you get?
I see silver, chrome red, gun metal aluminum alloy...
Maybe I'll get green.

I've had the white bundle since the day it was released with Destiny and two controllers that are both used daily and neither have any wear on the sticks.

To be fair, I don't think Destiny would do that to the sicks - what killed mine was Trials.

How do you like them? I had no problem when I used the 360 controller and like the sticks. I was eyeing the Metal ones on Amazon but there wasn't many reviews so I held off.

I got the grip-its and at first they are great but two have torn...between the top and side. I got another set awhile back to keep on hand and will go thru them and that's it. I'll probably change to the Metal versions; just not sure if I'll go 360 or PS4 since it's just a height difference.

I really like them. Took a few days to get used to, but they're solid. Certainly don't have to worry about them wearing down.

Yes, could you link to them?

Also, my thumbs get sweaty and slip on the stock Sony sticks. Are these better for that?

Sure. Here's what the seller has.

He has them for both PS4 & X1. I purchased X1 ones.

Also the silver ones would look damn sweet on that Batman controller.

Lastly, slippage. Hard to say since they are slick to begin with. However the ridges are more pronounced and help with that since it's metal. I guess it would depend on if you mostly use the edge of the thumbstick or the tops.

I'm still on my launch PS4 controller and put hundreds of hours into and no issues with my sticks.

Do you clip your nails quite regularly?

Thanks for the insight and link. I like the Grip-It's as a early fix because like so many others out there, the stock covers on the sticks were coming apart in no time. And same issue is happening with the Grip-it and same thumb stick...Left Side.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

So does anyone actually have a Playstation TV, and if so, do you use it to play PS4 games on your secondary television when your primary television is being used? How's that going?

For $100, I think it's worth a shot (plus the Lego Movie game), but I'm hesitant...

So really only $75 too high.

My advice ; take whatever money you had earmarked for a PS TV and save up for a PS Vita instead. It will provide far more functionality.

Both Batman bundles are up for preorder on Amazon. It looks like they both come with physical copies of the game too.

I feel like that Limited One should at least have a 1TB hdd for any kind of price hike.

I agree. Paying an extra $50 for a different color doesn't really make sense. It does look cool though, just not an extra $50 cool.

I won one on eBay for about $50 for this purpose. My PS4 is hooked up in the office so I can log into FF14 without taking up the TV. It didn't work great at first due to the wifi signal. I ended up buying an extender with a wired port on it. I have the PTV wired to the extender (PS4 is wired directly to the router). It's works really well now. There's a very slight latency in controller inputs but not nearly bad enough to effect 99% of gaming. I wouldn't run my end-game FF raids using it but I'd have no issue doing pretty much anything else. I played through the whole FF15 demo on it.

I haven't even tried an actual Vita game on it yet but I don't see why it wouldn't work as expected.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

PS TV works fine, I just have mine unplugged right now because it doesn't offer media solutions like a device that style should.

The game streaming works better now that I have my PS4 hardwired back to my wireless router. I thought I was setup like that before but I wasn't, so most of the GTA V driving lag I had has diminished.

However, at $100 it should have included a PS4 controller.
