Just right now June and July are awful thin and hopefully come E3 Sony will give us some good news. August, September and October are a long ways off....
So lets start taking bets on which games get delayed until next year. Is it too late to add dirtbikes and ATVs to #Driveclub?

Most of those are probably locked at this point. If #DRIVECLUB gets delayed again, people die.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

My #1 guess for a dealy would be the Alien game, whatever Alien game it is.
My #2 would be Destiny since new IPs are notorious for delays, though they've been working on it a long time so I probably doubt it actually happens.
I would suspect one for Far Cry 4 since it was just announced, but figure they have such a big team and it's probably so important for the Ubi bottom line that they wouldn't allow a delay to happen.

I'll take Batman and Planetside 2.

And I don't see Evolve on the list.

Fixed...forgot all about that one. Also seems Evil Within was suppose to come out in August but got delayed till October. Another that's not on the list that is suppose to come in in the Fall is The Crew...but little of that game has been mentioned of late.

Ubisoft swears The Crew is coming out in the Fall. But Far Cry 4 has a firm date and this one doesn't? Yeah I dunno...

The Crew looks ridiculously ambitious. It'll either come in 2015, or it'll be a mess.

or both.

How is it any more ambitious than DRIVECLUB?

It's basically a racing MMO.

Yeah, that was the last one I put any real time into a Show.
I have played a few games online against a friend and the lag wasn't too bad, but weird shit does happen. For instance one time I got a single and sent my guy home from second and he beat the throw by a mile. My buddy asks what I was thinking there because the catcher was just sitting there waiting on him with the ball. And sure enough I was out and didn't score even though I had on my screen.
And it sucks that you can't use timing hitting online.

Exactly. It was already a great game, so being only slightly better is hardly bad in this case.

That would be my guess too. And it's a survival horror title based on the first Alien movie. More sneaking around and hiding from something that can easily kill you and less shooty-bangy vs. hordes of creatures. People on this forum should be excited about it.

Really now? I hadn't heard anything about this, so this is news to me.

I'm interested...

Maybe they should have called it Alien: The Game-version of that Ridley Scott Movie (Not Prometheus, but the sequel to that, which isn't really a sequel, but you know what we mean, right?)

Yep. When people ask me why I'm not excited for the new Alien game I show them my receipt for Colonial Marines.

You guys are overlooking the key difference here - Alien vs. Aliens.

Also the, you know, completely different developer and completely different style of game.

But seriously...Alien!

Will this Gen have less games due to more costly productions and hardware is more complicated? I always think with each new Gen the budget goes up and programming gets more and more advanced.

I read a rumor of a remasterd Mass Effect trilogy for next gen. Has that been confirmed?

Nope. Just the usual "Box art appears on a Bulgarian web store" slip up.

Oh, that's the price I paid (well, plus shipping) and I'm still complaining.

I'm not complaining at all. Of course, I haven't opened the game. I bought a statue and they threw in a shiny coaster.

I'm sure some sucker out there would give 5-10 bucks for the game.

re: The PlayStation 4 / PS4 Thread: Still Going Strong

The rubber on the PS4's analog sticks; are those wearing away for anyone else besides me?

A few weeks ago I noticed some black debris on my controller, witch was the worn off rubber, and today, the left stick's rubber is torn right through to the plastic beneath. What cheap shit!
