Submitted.
I was stumped on the slam dunks. Usually there is one or two questions that are clearly the one to choose. I don't think there's a guaranteed winner in this list of questions. |
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
I thought there were 2 or 3 that I hoped everyone would answer. But you never know with these games.
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
speaking of slam dunks, some of you did not read the rules. 1 slam dunk per question.
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
Seriously? Boo.
No offense, but you need to give a better heads up than burying it in the general rules that are copied from every sheep game. |
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
it was in the game specific rules section
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
So how many failed to read that section?
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
When's the last time you played one of these games, and did you limit your stacking at all, or did you think you can go all in? Because pretty much all of the recent games (since brainee's horror sheep game) have had dunk limitations of no more than 2, and the most recent game before this one (Rockmjd's Religion sheep) also had the 1 dunk limitation.
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
how many thought this thread was about a NES game and skipped it?
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
The last ones I did were the last VG sheep and the TV Sci-fi one, both in Jan. Neither had any restrictions.

Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
I've always been interested in this :
I'm 45. When the NES and SNES (and Sega Genesis) systems were popular, I was in College and medical school I guess. That was an era when adults didn't play video games (at least not like they do today). Nobody in my dorms had a gaming system and only one med school friend owned a SNES. As a result I have no NES knowledge or nostalgia. Are most of the folks here who know about this stuff younger than forty so they were still kids when these systems were popular, or was it just a period of gaming that I missed out on entirely? |
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
Working on answers.
I'm 33, Decker, so I may have been the prime target for the NES, maybe a little bit younger. |
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
Nope I'm 38 and it released when I was nine or ten. Targeted for my age group I thought. BTW I'll have my answers in tonight.
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
35 here. It was my first gaming system. I have nothing but love and fond memories of the NES era.
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
I'm 30, was a pretty big deal when I first got an NES. Not sure when that was though, must have been in the late 80's.
|
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
34, although if it wasn't for the Angry Video Game Nerd videos I would have forgotten everything I used to know about NES (which wasn't that much to begin with).
This is the first time I found myself cursing that I had one slam dunk left at the end of the questions  I agree they were hard to place on this one. |
Re: Legend of Sheep: Nintendo (NES) Sheep
uh oh... I forgot about the effect of {sd} on reverse questions... this should be interesting...
