I got the copter with 15 hours to spare!

Yeah, it's nothing to get excited about.

I do have about 250 bags saved up so I hope to get a good start on the third wave.

Just got the copter.

Now to wait until midnight.

I'll be at least 1k short on the copter I think.

Can someone drop some snake eggs in my town before Halloween is over, please? I need enough spins to win the Claus Co.

...Wait, what are we doing again?

Don't send Lisa trick-or-treating this morning without first tapping Kang! Lisa is part of her October 31 quest and so if you send her trick-or-treating like I did, you can send Kodos on his 24-hour quest but Lisa will end up at least 8 hours behind.

Rigellians give you 5 long-strain proteins and gremaliens give you 2. Should be a helpful amount to get us all to Alien Burns. Which is good, because he brings us looooove!

New prizes added with the update:

Rigellian Queen
400 Fences | 400 Eggs | 300 Gummi Bears
leads to... Rigellian Tribal Hut (like Spooky House for Hugo)

Rigellian Shrub (You can get this through tapping Rigellians just like the Human Test Subject and Spooky Wall, though. At least, I already have one and that's how I think I got it, unless I'm forgetting a questline that rewarding me with it.)
50 Fences | 25 Candy Corn | 20 Pumpkins

Hover Copter
200 Fences | 500 Candy Corn | 500 Candy Bars

I'm personally still trying to get the Donut Machine. That's the main thing I want from the treat bags. After I have that, I'll decide what else I want to try for, but there's enough overlap in treat bag items to make all of this pretty interesting. Funny, I dig this way of doing things, which also seems random and arbitrary, to the spinning wheel. Maybe it's because there are so many more ways to "earn" currency.

I got the Rigellian Queen immediately.

And I sent Lisa trick or treating before I tapped Kodos. :(

I'm like 200 fences short of the Rigelian queen, even though I've cashed in well over 50 bags today. Then even if I get that, I'll deplete the gummi bears I've been stockpiling to try to get the grand pumpkin (still 50 candy bars short on that one).

Just cashed in 10 more bronze bags and got 20 more fences.

I do have Kang!

I put him on a 24-hour mission last night.

I was going to put Lisa on a four-hour task to coincide with Kang's finish then hit eight-hour trick-or-treat by habit instead. :brickwl2:

:jawdrop: After cashing in all the bags mentioned above and making the max number of neighbor visits, I'm at 1400 for the day. Though it appears that each squish is five strands, so maybe it's not quite as bad as it sounds.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

If you accidentally send a character on a task that you need to bust them out of, you can store the building that they came with. That will cause them to go into storage as well. Then bring that building back out or inventory, and the character will be released with no task. This can be a quick way of resetting a character, though you will lose any progress they've made against their current task.

Here's the list of character/building pairs that I am aware of:

Bart: Bart’s Treehouse
Marge: Moe’s Tavern (when you store this it stores Moe AND Marge)

Agnes Skinner: Skinner House
Apu: Kwik-E-Mart
Carl: Buddhist Temple (Storing this will store both Lenny AND Carl)
Chalmers: Springfield High School
Cletus: Cletus’s Farm
Comic Book Guy: Android’s Dungeon
Dr Hibbert: Hibbert Family Practice
Eddie: SWAT Van (Storing this will store both Eddie AND Lou)
Edna Krabappel: Krabappel’s Apartment
Fat Tony: Legitimate Businessman’s Club
Flanders: Flander’s House
Grampa: Springfield Retirement Castle
Herman: Herman’s Military Antique Shop
Kent Brockman: Channel 6
Krusty: Krusty Burger
Legs: Fat Tony’s Compound (Storing this will store both Legs AND Louie)
Lenny: Buddhist Temple (Storing this will store both Lenny AND Carl)
Lou: SWAT Van (Storing this will store both Eddie AND Lou)
Louie: Fat Tony’s Compound (Storing this will store both Legs AND Louie)
Luigi: Luigi’s
Martin: Springfield Library
Milhouse: Van Houten House
Moe: Moe’s Tavern (when you store this it stores Moe AND Marge)
Mr. Burns: Cooling Towers
Nelson: Muntz House
Patty: Spinster Apartments (Storing this will store both Patty AND Selma)
Quimby: Town Hall
Ralph Wiggum: Wiggum House
Rev. Lovejoy: First Church of Springfield
Rod: Mini Golf (Storing this will store both Rod AND Todd)
Selma: Spinster Apartments (Storing this will store both Patty AND Selma)
Skinner: Springfield Elementary
Smithers: Burns Manor
Snake: Springfield Penitentiary
Todd: Mini Golf (Storing this will store both Rod AND Todd)
Wiggum: Springfield Police Station
Willie: Willie’s Shack
Wolfcastle: Wolfcastle’s Mansion

You CANNOT store Homer or Lisa - they're tied to the Simpson's House and you cannot put that into inventory.

If a character goes to a specific building or decoration for a task, you can also store that building or decoration and the task will be cancelled.

Yup. I forgot that part, but that's also an option in many cases.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I'm only able to hit up the game twice daily on weekdays, so just like as in Phase 2, there's no way I'm going to be able to get the final prize for Phase 3. I've unlocked Hugo, Spooky House, and the Grand Pumpkin, but based on the # of Fences and Bars have on hand and am earning, I'll be far short of the # I need for either the Queen or the Donut Torture Device.

The game would be happy to let me use Donuts, but it's hella expensive. I need 258 Fences for the Queen, the game wants 129 Donuts. So it's 1 Donut for 2 Fences. For the DTD, I need 500 Bars and 58 Fences. 254 Donuts. rotfl No way.

Yeah, I often use both of these tactics, but neither worked when Lisa was trick-or-treating. :( Thanks for posting the list for reference, though.

Now that I finally got Kang going on his quests, I'm even more annoyed that I didn't get started earlier. :brickwl2:

I also cashed in a mess of treat bags to get the Rigelian Queen, which also requires Kang :brickwl2:, and the Grand Pumpkin. The good news is that I still have 170 bags left and am ahead of the 1242/day pace needed for the lats prize.

Barely made the count for the third day. I'm at ~3700. Tomorrow I should get ahead.

After being behind the entire event, I'm actually at 5,500 with this leg.

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

Same here, at just over 5,000. I was behind the whole time and it feels great to be ahead this time around. The bummer is I had some unexpected leg pain wake me up in the middle of the night the last two nights so I had an extra chance to send kids trick or treating and tap rigelians in the middle of the night but yeah, I'd prefer no leg pain.

I'm not sure what it's going to take to get those last 250 chocolate bars for the Donut Machine (let alone another 500 for the Great Pumpkin), yikes!

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I guess I'm out of the big prizes now that I earned the Grand Pumpkin and Rigelian Queen. Now my only options are to craft additional pumpkin houses, tribal huts, spooky huts, etc. Not sure what is the best, though I think spooky walls are multipliers, which is appealing.

Sorry about the leg pain, though I had a similar situation after I had accidentally sent Lisa trick-or-treating instead of on the Kang quest. I randomly woke up at 2 a.m. and saw she had finished that task, so I sent her on the Kang quest. Of course it turned out to be useless, because it was a 24-hour quest, and the next night I wasn't up at 2 a.m. so I might as well have waited till the next morning.

Did yall get the Moog skin for Moe back around Mid-October(16th) ? I believe it was an episode tie-in. It never popped up for me.

LOL sometimes I wake up for a few seconds in the middle of the night, and I think about playing the game. I haven't done it yet though.
