Definitely. On some of the big ones, I consider it a victory if I get one or two. I know I'm leaving snakes on the table if I abandon it, but I just can't face looking for more. There are also those towns where people have bought up all the real estate and I have to scroll for hours to get to the edges. Again, I understand that they didn't plan their town with my whacking needs in mind but it just makes me appreciate small, uncluttered towns all the more.

There's one town with a fairly small stretch of road where pretty much all the town's characters are pacing back and forth with nothing to do. It's a little depressing.

I went middle ground with the stump, wanting to get more snakes than the rock offered but not wanting to spend all my donuts on the log. I do feel like it's made a difference--20 snakes every four hours, even skipping one cycle to sleep, is +100 per day, and it gives visitors one more opportunity to tap something that really helps me. Now I haven't done the math to figure out whether it's going to get me a premium item that I would have missed out on otherwise, but I figured it was better to spend the donuts now to give myself a better chance rather than miss out and be tempted to spend a lot more donuts to buy the item outright. Maybe I'm just justifying my spend, but that was my thinking when I made the purchase.

Damn.. thats impressive. I've been playing the game for a while now (town at level 28) and been doing the snake whacking thing daily and I've only got about 6800 snakes.

How'd you get so many donuts? Buy some or some other secret you can share? I have 6 donuts.

Definitely, thanks. After I give you 75, I'll still have another 75 if anyone else wants to swap.

I feel like I made a lot of progress yesterday and not much today.

Deftones, are you trading with JasonF? I have 100 to swap with anyone.

Ha, it actually was someone else's, with a huge town but mostly pavement instead of road. So about 30 characters were crammed on that stretch of road, like a Southern California boardwalk.

A number of new players have small towns, which are great for finding snakes in.

How can you tell how many snakes someone has? Are you just noticing what prizes are in their town?

Re: The Simpsons: Tapped Out

You can use Lisa, and her snake related task, to find out how many snakes someone has.

I have around 500 eggs right now. I'm thinking on waiting until Tuesday or close to the end date and give them away to anyone that has more than 10K snakes, so he/she can get closer to the last prize.

Yep, Lisa is the way to check other towns, but just be sure to always steal from Other Springfield. When checking others' totals, don't forget what you're doing and click on a town when you just want to inspect it.

Just made it to 10K snakes and would love to finish with Mrs Springfield. The deadline is fast approaching. If anyone can help me out with Eggs, let me know and I will pay you back through out the weekend.

Shit. I thought you were only doing 50. My bad. I think I did 4 rows of 16. I'll drop the other 36 plus a little extra later.

Great, thanks! Yeah, sorry to be a PITA, and I realized later I should have mentioned how many I was dropping. It really wasn't a big deal (unless I ended up 36 short of something ) so I appreciate it.

I have 150 I can deal in any kind of increments (prefer 25 or more) when I get home in a half-hour-ish.
