Chess, Bus and I just had a raid run on hard.
Got a lot of shards. Some energy. My third Found Verdict shotgun. Chess got his 6th Praedyth's Revenge sniper. The raid loves us. We got all the way to the gatekeepers, but then it all fell apart. It's just so much tougher on Hard when you're not at level 30, and bus and I are stuck right there at 29. And I'm still stuck as I didn't get the boots. Oh well, I still have my Titan, who is in need of the chest or helmet for 30, and my Hunter, who still needs boots and something else. |

Yeah, that was kind of a mess. Those guys are sort of my normal crew, so I don't know what was going on. Sometimes the away team would lose it, and invariably, when we did get both relics the home team would lose it. Very frustrating that it never came together. It's especially frustrating because we'd have take Atheon down in a couple of runs tops. Will finish it up this evening though. Like Scott said, I got pretty much nothing, so I'm probably stuck with the Sunbreakers for another week. |

Finished the hard raid with some randoms. Pretty sure Atheon was the second try and gatekeepers the third or fourth.
Got yet another raid bike and a better version of the raid helmet for my Warlock. Another week with Sunbreakers. Will probably run one of the other two later. |

At the rate ya'll are going there won't be anyone to run a Raid or Nightfall by the time I get home....I'll be on around 5:30-6 central.

looks better and a clearer shot than under the ramp assuming you can get him quick enough before he moves ... that P&T is obviously leveled up and doing a ton of damage if anything it's an alternate spot and can unload your RL |

All 3 hard raids today. Only gun drop was yet another Praedyth's Revenge...maybe two...can't even remember...think I'm up to seven. All three characters got raid bikes, so they all have two, and the Hunter got a ship. As for armor...
Hunter: Got the chest. Two of them with different stats, actually. She had one raid piece yesterday and is now the first to have all four. Go figure. Titan: Got a better version of the raid gloves...discipline rather than strength, I think. Still missing helmet, but I'm not positive that I care about it. Really like to alternate Helm of Inmost Light and Saint 14. Warlock: Got a much better helmet...discipline and intellect, where the other was all strength. My Nightfall drops were terribad. |

Eh. Going to be a quiet rest of the week for me. I think I have one weekly to do and a few bits of armor to upgrade, so I might do some dailies and bounties, but since everybody is at 30, it's all of little consequence. I'm also absolutely swimming in shards, energy and coins, so daily stuff doesn't seem all that appealing. As a practical matter, I'd be better served farming materials.
I guess I've had decent luck with armor, but maaaan have I had shit luck for weapons drops! I've had 3 exotics ever drop in any raid or nightfall (with 3 characters, mind you), and I still haven't gotten a single legendary or exotic hand cannon or any of the guns from the hard raid. I really want Fatebringer. |

I did three Nightfalls last night and it sure seemed this time around it was a bit tougher for some reason. Cannot put my finger on it but even the Weekly was tough. That said I'm glad I actually brought along my Patience & Time sniper. It nearly did triple the damage on the boss than my Ice Breaker. I was getting around 5600 per head shot.
For the night...a Red Hand IX Hand Cannon, The Comedian Shotgun and another chest pc for the Titan Now hope the Raid is better... |

Should get my updated raid gear leveled today and everybody back to 30.
Should also be available to help with raid parties since I'm tapped for the week. Dear Xur, I have 150+ coins, and 60+ motes of light, and I'd really like to buy something for the first time in three weeks. |

Not a bad late night run last night with the gang from here. A few bumps long the way but in all we got thru ok. I was really excited and looking forward with my Hunter hoping I would get a piece of Raid Armor....Wrong! I'm staring to believe my Hunter is the Rodney Dangerfiled of Detiny...zero respect.
This week the last three Craptarch level ups he has got nothing but 2-3 Blue Engrams...not even a mote of light. Last nights Raid...all Energy & Shards...and of course a White shader. The Legendary pc he got from the Nightfall...for the Titan. I went ahead and used some Shards on normal Legendary gear to get him above 28. Heck two pieces he has were picked up from the other characters. The only real bright spot from last night is I actually cleared the jumps my first time and didn't fall. |

I'm starting to get the 19K treatment in Raids. Finished a normal with my Warlock and got shards/chatterwhite from Atheon.
Did another from the start until Atheon with my Hunter and got Shards/Energy every time. And now the weekly Xur report brought to you by crap: Xur is located in North Tower, in front of the big door across from the Speaker. His offers this week: For the Titan, it's the Armamentarium for the 4th time in 5 weeks. For the Hunter, it's The Crest Of Alpha Lupi Chest Armor For the Warlock, it's once again, Voidfang Vestments The weapon this week is The Last Word Hand Cannon. This is actually a great weapon. It's an auto hand cannon that fires 8 shots in less than 3 seconds. It also has a great animation when you use a melee and return to it where you spin it around, cowboy style. It's 23 coins as it's a primary. I own this gun and enjoy it quite a bit. I'd put it right up there with the Hawkmoon. And it's just a lot of fun. This week's engram is a helmet...again. So there you go, at least the gun is a new offer from him. |

I did the Hard raid with my warlock yesterday, start to finish... Got ascendant material and a ship at the end. That's it. I swear there is something glitched with that character. In that same run, one of the guys in our group got boots, chest piece, corrective measure, and two (yes TWO) helmets from Atheon. That makes 8 straight weeks of doing the raid with my warlock and basically getting nothing. It wasn't a total shutout though, I also did the hard raid with my Hunter start to finish. Got the chest piece and the helmet. I already had the gloves and boots. So yeah, I've only been playing with my Hunter for a little over 3 weeks and already have all 4 raid pieces. Go figure. It's not my ideal choice for my first Lvl 30 character, but I'll take it. I really don't mind using the Hunter as much as some people. I'm pretty pumped about Xur selling The Last Word. I don't have it yet, and I use a hand cannon as a primary for all 3 of my characters. I might just have to buy 3 of them. :D |

First one with my Hunter gave me a second Helm Of Saint-14, so there's some shards. The second, by my Warlock, granted me the Knucklehead Radar for the Hunter. I now have all 3 Hunter exotic helmets. And each has a solid perk. The Third man is good for bladedancers, Symbiote is good for Gunslingers with the extra bullet for the Golden Gun, and Knucklehead of course gives you radar while aiming with all primary weapons. Also bought the purple Sparrow upgrade. So now I have 2 Raid Sparrows and 2 Xur Upgraded ones. |
