I can't believe i've been finishing games this year too. Finished Tomb Raider, Bioshock Infinite, and the campaign for Starcraft II Heart of the Swarm. Also finished Max Payne 3.

Working on X-Com now.

i have tons of steam games I haven't finished or even touched. I also have Halo 4 still sealed. I will start to play a game and get real focused on it and play it for weeks. I don't do alot of switching back and forth. Last year was the first year in my 34 year gaming history that I didn't play alot of different games. It was really just Dark Souls and Diablo 3 and nothing else all year. It is still that way actually. I have played a little NBA 2k13 and Farming Simulator 2013 but that is it. I got 5 xbox games for christmas that are still sealed.

I'm about halfway through Tomb Raider and Aliens Colonial Marines, so I should be able to finish both of those this month still. Still have WAY too many games and not enough time though. Really need to start showing some more self control and passing up some of these deals . Hoping to dig myself out of this hole before I jump into the next gen stuff.

June has sucked for me so far. I've been playing a ton of games (GOW Ascension, Halo Anniversary, Injustice, and Max Payne 3), but I haven't been able to finish any of them yet. Really itching to play The Last of Us, but don't want to start another game until I finish a couple of these other ones.

Strangely enjoyed Killzone 3 despite godawful story/ acting and the repetition as it wore on. I think I just have a soft spot in my heart for games where you never have to worry about running out of ammo. Good mindless fun.

I never really connected with Uncharted 3 like I did the first two in the series; mainly just finished it to get it out of the way.

Both of these games should serve as reminders for how much money I could save if I bought games when I was ready to play them instead of when they came out. I'll try to remember that with this fall's releases.



Unbelievably fun. I'll probably mess around from time to time to try to get a few more achievements that I'm just short of completing.

I enjoyed it for awhile, but it became a bit tedious/ repetitive. Glad to be done with it. Sure was pretty to look at, though.



Never had gotten around to completing it until now.



I liked the arcade feel of this game. It makes me curious about picking up Warfighter cheap, although I seem to remember some pretty horrible reviews when that came out.

Finished Metro Last Light. Outstanding game that kept me on edge at the end as I was low on filters and my gas mask was smashed.

Also completed the original GOW. It's my 3rd playthrough. I just love this series and playing through them in chronological order. Ghost of Sparta is next.

So with a week left in the year, how did everyone do? I was surprised I was able to get through as much as I did, especially having a baby at the beginning of the year as well

This was the first year I kept a list of what I played, but I'll definitely keep doing it going forward. It's a good reminder of everything that was experienced throughout the year, good and bad.

I'll probably finish off Arkham Origins: Blackgate tomorrow or Saturday for an even 40. Better than I thought I did, though between Games with Gold and PSN, my backlog of games is so ridiculous now I don't know how I'll ever be able to clear it out.

Mortal Kombat is about to take the crown for the longest time it's taken me to obtain the platinum. I bought it the day it came out in 2011, got all the offline trophies done (save for the big one), then I played a bit of the online and left quickly. Came back in 2012 and tried again, but that didn't last long either, and after my first PS3 went down with a bad laser, it got dropped again. I returned to it a few days ago, and have managed to knock out all but one of the online trophies. That last one will be done tomorrow. That'll just leave me the big one: which requires 100 wins, 100 fatalities, 150 X-Ray moves, 10,000 pints of blood spilled & 24 hours played with each of the 28 characters. I have 2 characters finished. Just 26 more to go...But I will finish it this time.
