Your top 5 games all-time? (any console or PC)

Re: Your top 5 games all-time? (any console or PC)
The original was great, but did you ever play the sequel? Mother of God that game was frustrating, I nearly threw my keyboard at the wall after trying some sections 30+ times only to miss a jump by a picosecond, and have to start the level over again (and again... and again... and again...)

I limited myself to one game per series; otherwise this could easily be all Zelda titles.
1) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64).
2) Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES).
3) Super Metroid (SNES).
4) Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PSX).
5) Goldeneye (N64).
I'm not counting compilations; otherwise Super Mario All Stars (SNES) would be a easy #1.

Re: Your top 5 games all-time? (any console or PC)
Starcraft - The best RTS I ever played, three perfectly-balanced races that anybody could argue was better than any of the others. I replayed this one several times. I remember one awesome multiplayer match where my teammate got taken down and my base was almost completely destroyed, I rebuilt a new base from an extra drone and eventually took down three opponents one at a time.
Final Fantasy VII - I was in tears when Aeris was killed. That was the moment where I learnt a higher respect for what a video game could accomplish.
Skyrim - I've never had a game hold my interest for 150 hours before. And now I've got the itch to play this again in the near future.
Zelda: A Link to the Past
Donkey Kong Country 2 - Platforming perfection.

Quake 2
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past
Chrono Trigger
The Secret of Monkey Island
Fallout 2
The first 3 are pretty set, the last 2 might change and include things like Mass Effect, Tecmo Super Bowl, Final Fantasy VII, King's Quest 6.
