I've never understood the obsession some people have with game length. It's all about the experience for me. A 15 hour episode of South Park? That sounds fantastic to me. Sold.

It's mostly a value consideration. I agree that there's nothing wrong with a good short game if the length feels right for the experience. On the other hand, anything under 15 hours or so and I'm usually renting instead of buying.

15 is just right for me. If it's too long I don't even bother buying it as I know I'll never complete it. This isn't a 'pick up and go' game like a Mario-type game.

just drove like 15 miles to find a redbox that had it in stock. there was already a 10 mb patch applied when i popped it in.

Looks like there is already a patch as well.
Still annoyed this isn't on Xbox One. Maybe a port around the new Season?

So far this is hilarious but slow. Hardly any fights early on. Walking around and opening random house doors reveals some hilarious scenes.

I think I'm getting this on 360 because I want the achievements. That and I can trade it in later after I'm done with it. I guess Best Buy has a deal where you get season's 15 and 16 of the show for $10 each when you buy the game there, so that's what I'll do. And to think, I said I was done buying 360 games

Got it today. Loving it so far. Have done the first quest only and spent about an hour wandering around fighting people and looking around. Slight slowdown at times on PS3 but nothing that really deters from it. Highly recommended so far!

So is there any point in playing this if you haven't watched the show this century? It looked fun, but without any context to the hundreds of inside jokes, I'm afraid it wouldn't be worth my time.
