Well, it was sold out on Amazon again but now it is already back up for order.

Weird.

Wondering when this will ship. Mine says to expect it on Dec 15th... I really hope I don't have to wait that long. I thought the release date was the 12th.

Ordered mine last night. I think it said that I should expect it between the 20th and 23rd.

I can't believe all the game is is an emulation pretty much. They didn't even bother to change the controller icons in the game from the SNES to whatever you will want to use on the Wii.

Yeah. Not to keep harping on this release, but it seems like a weak cash-in rather than a genuine anniversary celebration of Super Mario. Show me some effort Nintendo!

Yep. The CD is the most disappointing part to me. It only has ten songs and ten sound effects on it, and is only about 25 minutes long.

I'm not bothered by it. But I never got around to buying all the titles with Wii Points. Plus, it's only $29.99 for 4 games that I KNOW are all fantastic. The CD, and booklet are obviously a bonus.

Which is a Sunday, so it won't ship from Amazon until Monday.

Ah, suppose that makes sense.

I still have my old cartridges, pass on this one.
If Nintendo put the option of playing both the 16 bit versions and the 8 bit versions, I would've definitely gone for them

Pass. I'll just download them on WiiWare if I really wanted 'em. Still have got my All Stars Cartridge (w/ Super Mario World!) and a viable SNES... so I'm in no hurry.

Was able to get it when it came back on Amazon and had it in my gold box so I saved a big buck fifty as well. Can't wait, but I still have my SNES cart that also has Super Mario World, but I doubt the battery save still works on it.

BB had quite a few copies today. I am glad I got it as I prefer the Super Nes graphics, but I guess I am a little disappointed the screen isn't stretched like my VC versions.

I do not have any interest in the Mario Soundtrack CD or big booklet, so if someone does, send me a pm.

Yeah, my BB got 125 copies. I don't think people will have a problem finding this at all.

I love the packaging for this set. Also, I'm glad these are stretched... I don't want goombas to look twice as wide as they should, or Mario to be any fatter than he is.

I just picked this up from Costco for $26.99. They had about 100 boxes out in the display.

Beats paying $52 at Amazon (ahem... can someone say "3rd-party seller mark-up"!?).

You'd be surprised. I recently busted out my SNES and games and the saves are all still there!

All of my battery saves on my old games still work.
