I got this the other week and i am playing it and trying to bring up my cell phone in the game. The cell phone comes up half way onto the screen but not enough where i can see the dial pad. Now i had this game for the PC at one point and i remember the same kind of thing happening. How the hell do i bring the full phone into display? I am sure its not a screen setting issue as everything else appears fine. Any help with this folks?

I do, it brings up the phone half way onto the screen and then i try pressing every single button, including the up again on left control pad, and nothing. It has been rather annoying.

I have tried that as well. I seem to remember thats the way it worked when i used my 360 controller on the PC version, but with this it does nothing. It just stays where it is. I am not sure what is wrong with it.

Push the D pad twice. I just tried it and that is how it works.

stab in the dark, but could it possibly be because the Format on your TV is wrong? (like Just vs. Full)?
