Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Danger Zone or not, it's still a pretty amazing week. For anyone who didn't get Green Day, now is the time.
I think HMX has done a pretty great job recently getting artists that have been long-requested by forum folk. Keep it coming, music people. |

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Jessica, I Melt With You, and Closer are instabuys!
The Weight will depend on the Live-ness of it. I don't know the other two, but I'll probably pass. Excellent week! |
Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
That's a nice, weird mix of songs.
|
Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Great week, love Jessica from Guitar Hero 2.

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Looking forward to "I Melt With You" and "Closer" next week. I may get "The Weight" too if the live version is close to the original. "Jessica" is a good song, but as someone who focuses on drums and vocals, it doesn't hold much appeal for me.
|
Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Ohh, Jessica was one of the tracks worth holding onto GHII for. With Sublime and Jessica I might have to drop some points and play this week.
|
Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Damn, Jessica, I Melt With You, and The Weight

And don't forget Closer! I loved that song from the moment I heard it on KROQ, but then after this, it's sort of haunted me forever:

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Closer for sure, I'll probably crack on the Modern English song eventually. I'll wait though until Thursday/Friday and see if Xbox Live does any Black Friday things this year. I don't want to buy points if I don't have to.

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Wow. I'm in for both and really need to pick up a MS point card to get a bunch of DLC from the last few weeks. (I have a RB party in early December.)

Re: The Official Rock Band Thread of Music Game Evolution
Wow, that's really quick for a sale on Blitz. Congrats on anyone who had the patience to wait.
