Got my 200th song gs'd today and finally bought the second half of Chinese Democracy I was missing to celebrate. Good times.
This month's DLC blew for me. Hall and Oats 1.6 lighters avg Korn & EWG 3.25 lighters avg CCR 1.6 lighters avg I don't like Tears for Fears or Sum 41 but they might be fun to play. |

Minor bump. But I felt like posting after last night when I goldstar'd The Look by Roxette on Expert Vocals. OH YEAH! I had done it on hard before, but I was in a weird mood last night so I gave it a shot. 270k and gold...solid gold. Okay, anyway...Head over Heels is killing me with the La, La, La's but I was able to get it down fairly well after a few tries. Then my wife proceeded to sing Slipknot. Wrap your head around that one. (and she has actually gotten 100% on Psychosocial on medium). Good stuff, at least my voice was in a good place last night (outside of failing Smooth Criminal on Hard because of the last half minute of the song BAH!).

"Heartstrings" is clearly a clue there. I wonder if he means that literally like the are sad/sappy songs coming or if maybe it's more subtle like we're getting a Heart pack.

I'm in for the three songs from Bush. It's a new band (to RB) and these tunes should be pretty popular at any RB parties. 90s alternative music is always win with my friends. Also, it's nice to get some songs that were only in GH into the RB mix.
Finally, I am looking forward to the Valentine's Day DLC. I'm hoping we get some choice 80s pop classics in there, as we did last year. |
