No worries. I did the same exact thing. There was a post on twitter saying the first free DLC add-on was up. i excitedly jumped, clicked to download, then sadly realized it was a video.

It WAS a fast turnaround. I sent my xbox in and had a replacement in my hands only four days later. I went back and re-read my post. Very Forrest Gump of me. In my defense I was high on Oxycontin and Toradol that week.
I've since sold the replacement unit and purchased a Slim.

Ok I have a problem I need help with
This new slim is the 4th xbox that I have used as my main xbox. The first 2 changes, I never messed with license transfer because I am always online. One problem with this....when I purchase something from xbox.com and set it up in the queue it does not automatically download to my current xbox. When I turn the xbox on it would say something like "there is download pending for another xbox, do you want to dl it for this one" and I would. No big deal, but sort of annoying.
So with this slim I finally did the license transfer thinking this would finally solve the problem. Nope. Even though I can now play dlc offline on my new system, it still has my xbox.com account connected to the very first xbox I had a couple of years ago.
Anyone know how to solve this? Thanks.

the license transfer should've fixed that. Did you initiate the download through Xbox.com before or after the license transfer?

4GB Xbox 360 official, $300 Kinect bundle coming
Arcade replacement launches August 3; mass-market targeted package will include camera-based peripheral, Kinect Adventures; solo Kinect price confirmed as $150, games to cost $50.
Any doubt Microsoft was going after the mass market Nintendo so successfully exploited with the Wii was eliminated this morning. That's when the software giant confirmed rumors that it will release a 4GB flash-memory-equipped entry level model of its newly redesigned Xbox 360 packed in with its motion-sensing, camera-based system Kinect. The bundle will also include a copy of Kinect Adventures, the mini-game compilation which features the jump-based rafting game River Rush. The entire package will cost $300, and will go on sale when Kinect launches November 4.
However, as former Price is Right host Bob Barker might have said, that's not all. The new 4GB 360 will go on sale solo on August 3rd. It will have a black matte finish to distinguish itself from the glossy 250GB model, will have the same built-in N wireless connectivity, and will sport a hard drive bay. Xbox product director Aaron Greenberg told GameSpot the console has the ability to be upgraded with a hard drive, but Microsoft has not yet announced plans to sell the new, more compact hard drives separately.
Greenberg also confirmed that, by itself, Kinect will cost $150. The price had previously been published by numerous retail outlets, including Microsoft's own store, with the caveat that "official pricing had not been announced." Greenberg said Microsoft is treating the Kinect launch like that of a console, throwing the considerable weight of its marketing might behind it. The system has already been promoted via product placement on the NBC TV movie The Jensen Project, much in the same way the Guitar Hero franchise was featured in the Showtime series Californication.
With Sony touting the fact the PlayStation Move motion-control system will support such core titles as SOCOM 4 and Killzone 3, Greenberg also addressed how Kinect will support hardcore gaming. He said that Kinect development kits "were in the hands" of many studios known for core gaming, and that the system "had the potential" to be used in conjunction with a controller. He did not offer any more specific information.
Greenberg also confirmed that all connect games will cost $50, putting them in line with Wii games' cost. The system's launch line-up will be targeted at the casual gamer, and feature such titles as the pet-raising simulator Kinectimals, the redesigned Kinect Joyride, and the athletic minigame compilation Kinect Sports.

That's funny, because my interest in Kinect is also "in the hands" of many studios known for core gaming, and the system "has the potential" to be purchased by me at some point in the future.
$150 at launch with no games outside the soccer mom demographic, however = no sale.

Wait a cocksucking second. FOUR Gig? 4. As in, one more than 3? And less than what a normal game installation takes on? I guess this is the Arcade equivilent in the new seXbox regime. So what's that version going to cost solo? Guesses anyone? $199?

Previous arcade units only came with 256mb internal so this is 16x as big. Sufficient, I would think for people that don't care about installing games. Plus with the 2x16gb USB support, it's really a moot point.

From the unnecessary technology files:
New service allows purchase of movie tickets through movie studio's ads on Xbox LIVE

The agreement marks another major entertainment brand joining MovieTickets.com and further increasing the company's consumer brand awareness.
Xbox LIVE members in the U.S. are now able to make mobile movie ticket purchases through a text-in or a Microsoft Tag viewed in movie studio advertisements. Well that pricing is a kick to the gut. I like how people are justifying it by saying your really only paying $99 for Kinect since you get Kinect Adventures. For $50 more you can just get a 360 arcade which can actually play games I really want to play.

Anyways, the Kinect price is way too much. I see it dropping to $99 rather quickly.
