Did you try going back down there to see if you can meet that guy again and get the quest again? Maybe your system didn't save your data before you got off of the game yesterday. I sure hope that is the case as I would hate for you to miss out on that one trophy.

Can't wait to try the DLC. |

Re: Borderlands
I'm still only up to about Level 21-23 on my first playthrough (set it aside to knock out Wolverine) but it's easily my GOTY also.

1:Borderlands 2:Assassins Creed 2 3:Batman 4:Dragon Age 5:Modern Warfare 2 I still have to play Uncharted 2 and Left 4 Dead 2...and there are a few more games to play coming out this month.... but nothing grabs me as GOTY material...but neither did Borderlands before it came out...and saboteur could be amazing.. |
Re: Borderlands
I'll definitely be getting the DLC at some point. Maybe when there's a sale. Too much to play at the moment.

Re: Borderlands
As long as were ranking it... I really like it, but it just misses my top-10 list for the year.
1. New Super Mario Bros. 2. Uncharted 2 3. Ratchet & Clank: Crack in Time 4. Batman: AA 5. CoD: MW2 6. Assassin's Creed 2 7. Blaz Blue 8. Street Fighter IV 9. Shadow Complex 10. Killzone 2 11. Muramasa 12. Borderlands I still don't get how it can "easily" be GOTY - it's fun, but nothing special. |
Re: Borderlands
I've only been able to spend small amounts of time each day with this game. Now that i have the week off I've played about three hours and really starting to enjoy it. I am kinda confused on one part
Spoiler:

I have high hopes for The Saboteur. Hope it can payoff the same way Borderlands has. |

Well...it didn't turn the gaming world on it's ear like Street Fighter IV did, but I think it can hold it's own. ;)
What's this "could be" bullshit?! ;) I have high hopes for The Saboteur. Hope it can payoff the same way Borderlands has. |
Re: Borderlands
I would love for Saboteur to surprise me.
I would also easily put Borderlands in my top 5 choices for GotY. I just haven't decided my ordering for those top 5 yet. |

Re: Borderlands
Beat Borderlands tonight and it was an amazing run to the finish. Liked the little unexpected moment at the last battle. Only need 3 more achievements so I will do a second playthrough and I will probably pick up the Zombie expansion this weekend.

Re: Borderlands
My buddy and I finished the dlc tonight. Pretty good. Shorter than I was led to believe, but definitely worth the price of admission.

My favorite.... There was a suggestion to feature midgets attached to cables that other bandits could toss at you. |

Re: Borderlands
Played through most of Zombie Island and really loved it, but so far the achievements on it are glitched. So far two of them have failed to unlock for me, but they did unlock for the person I was playing co-op with. Sucks because this was a rare game where I could have gotten 100% of the achievements.

Re: Borderlands
My buddy and I had no problems unlocking the achievements. Shouldn't be too hard to run through it again, maybe this time with you hosting it (I assuming you joined his game).

Speaking of glitches...
In the second arena mission Spoiler:
Has that happened to anyone else? |

Re: Borderlands
God, the more I play the more of an unbalanced piece of shit this game is turning out to be. It has sections that are either too hard or to easy and almost nothing in between.
