I had a hard enough time just traveling from one end of the map to the other in my one Warhawk attempt, I didn't even try to use any weapons.

Good thing nobody paid any attention to me in the air. :lol:

I really think the only way to get started in a Warhawk is to do it in an empty map. Just load one up and fly around blowing stuff up.

PRO FLIGHT...I cannot emphasize this enough.

Had fun but had to jump off.

Not sure what happened there at the end. Sounded like I was getting blamed for setting mines even though I didn't. I know I got killed by a mine from eroc in the basecamp and I don't know if that's because he set it or if someone else set it and he shot it.

And frizby sorry for killing you and evoking the wrath. I realized after I killed you that you might have been sitting it out, but then you killed me later and I thought you were in and so on and so forth, but I was confused. Hence the message I sent you. I wasn't sure if the teamkill on the next map when I was trying to take Zeidos out was a result of the wrath or not.

No...not at all...that was just an attempt to even the game. It was purely coincidence that it happened to be you. I actually felt bad...like "oh damn, I'll bet he thinks I'm picking on him..."

And sorry I blamed you for the mines. I'm 100% sure it wasn't eric since they were red mines and he was on the blue team. If he shot it and/or grenaded it in your base, it would have given him a mine-kill. Anyway, that map ended up pretty even, so it's all good...and the truth is that I'm usually hoping someone will take a shot at me so I can play. ;) I got tired of sitting out rounds about 5-6 maps in and started playing a bit...just messing around mostly.

Flip and I were just getting abused on Tau Crater. That was brutal. :(

It's funny how much you see when you are holding back and just watching! I saw a bunch of funny stuff tonight: Z blowing himself up with his own TOW....Steve dropping a cluster bomb and then landing on them before they went off...Z launching a tank off a cliff...had a fun time trying to mutual teamkill digi...teamkilled Wiz...eroc is always hilarious...

Welcome to R2, and big ups for buying the DLC on the spot!!!! Hopefully you'll be a regular...but fix that mic before Chew comes back. He has a low tolerance for feedback and will tell you all about it. Try the settings in the original post.

Overall, awesome night!!!! We had 7 on when I shut down at 10:30, and that's about the most we've had that late. :up::up::up::up::up::up::up::up::up:

Also wanted to add that I enjoyed that last map...just for variety's sake. Every corner you turn and every ladder you climb, you just know somebody is going to light you up!

When we played with 3 on that map, it was a fairly strategic affair up on the rooftops. With 7 of us, we seemed to end up on the ground a lot more. Fun time though.

Dont want to start a controversy but it was me who left those mines! I decided to fuck around real quick and when I heard (TL?) say "Someones dropping mines!!!!!!" Than Friz "What?!!?!? Mines??! WHO?!!?" I busted out laughing because I wasnt expecting you guys to get so freaked. I figured someone knew it was me because I had fucking eroc and flip chasing me down with warhawks while I was on foot, dropping clusters AND shooting rockets!?! Talk about overkill. Yeesh.

But it was a fun night. I want to thank you Friz for being in the warhawk and getting hit by my TOW and me earning my trophy :D. Than getting ya with a granade while in the hawk was damn nice, followed by getting Zeid with a grenade while he was in a tank.

You're welcome...I was playing VERY casual last night. I had 20% team damage on, and I was having some fun with that.

Oh dont cheapen my trophy ;) Make sure you hold still next week, I have to get the 'get warhawk with cluster bomb' trophy.

I only used the mines once and didnt kill anyone, keep that in mind :D

And I don't know how I got 1st on that 1st CTF map. I guess many people weren't playing, but I was maybe in my best form then. And the whole time I was on the phone with my stepdad helping him get his keyboard... to work... with his computer... so maybe I should start doing that more often!

Actually, the only time I dropped mines was in the fallen capitol level and I dont think eroc was on my team because thats when he kept buzzing me and emptying everything he had on me while I ran around a boulder. Than flip flew by and just dropped a cluster. Maybe it was an accident but you ended up getting me flip :lol:
