Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Wait, people expected the online MS store to be functional with Black Friday traffic? Have you guys just not used it before? It's not functional on an average normal day.

If I recall correctly it's completely outsourced and not built or run by MS at all. Good luck getting accurate info about your order after it ships, too.

^Yep. They must have had very limited stock and/or the preview had a ton of people already there waiting. I tried late last night but could never get the site to work and gave up. I only wanted a couple of items but whatever.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

It looks like Amazon has price matched most of the games.

I was able to order the Xbox One AC Unity bundle with a free game (Dragon Age Inquisition) from the Microsoft Store.

The games I wanted, except for Wolfenstein, I ordered through Amazon.
-MetroRedux
-Evil Within
-Tomb Raider Definitive
-Middle Earth Shadow of Mordor

I'm hoping Amazon eventually price match's Walmart for Assassin's Creed Rogue ($25, currently listed at $35).

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Not sure if this is apart of Black Friday, but the Legendary Edition of Skyrim is available for $20.99 at Amazon.com. It's the lowest price I've ever seen it at. The regular edition will be on sale later today.

Also, I asked Amazon if they price matched videogames and they said no. However, they matched Gamestop's price of the complete edition of BioShock Infinite. So do they take it upon themselves to price match?

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Amazon doesn't have a guarantee or promise to price match. They do it all the time but that gives them an out if they don't wanna match a ridiculously low price or a pricing error.

They have a link on all their product pages to submit lower competitor prices.

Yeah, they are matching Walmart. I ended up buying it from Best Buy $23.99 after GCU discount.

Does Stick Of Truth show up as $35.44 or $25.00 on your receipt? Because it shows up as the former on my receipt although I swear I purchased it on time.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

Hoping that Amazon has a good price on the Killer Instinct X1 disc in an hour. It's $20 so maybe they will drop it to under $10.

Update: Lol, $15. Nice deal....

Do we have any idea if this deal will be available at this exact time? Their ad states that the deals change every hour, but I wasn't sure if the advertised offers are until supplies run out.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

The BF bundle cost 400 at most places...I think Walmart has it for 450 plus NBA2K and the choice of a 4th game.

Re: The Video Game Deals Thread

I'm seeing Titanfall Deluxe Edition on Xbox One is only $12.50 digitally. It includes the base game and the Season Pass. Makes me regret buying it on launch.
