Here's a neat little trick I just discovered to get three $60 games at Best Buy for $60 spent at Target:

Target is having their Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale right now. They have a 2-pack of games for sale -- Binary Domain and Yakuza Dead Souls shrink wrapped together for $29.99 (which is weird since they sell Binary Domain by itself for $39.99, but whatever). You can buy three copies of that bundle (assuming they have three in stock -- if this info hits CAG, forget about that happening) for $60 as a part of this sale. Then drive to Best Buy. They are having 100% trade in credit bonus now. Binary Domain trades for $8 base, or $16. Yakuza Dead Souls trades for $12 base, or $24. That means those packs you just bought for $20 each are worth $40 used at Best Buy. I traded in three for $120 + another $6 GCU bonus, so I have a $126 Best Buy gift card as a result. Now, since Best Buy will PM Target, you can buy two $60 games at Best Buy and get a third for free via Price Match, and you can pay for it with your new $126 gift card. That's a sweet deal that doesn't require a ton of legwork.

Most of the signs in Target say you can only buy 1 copy of each title.

Actually, you're right. But it rang up just fine for me. And you could always do it with two or three seperate transactions. Remember that all the game you buy from Target are returnable at 66% of the MSRP -- you'll lose nothing by buying and returning unwanted new games. Hell, even if you only get one and take it to Best Buy, you make $20 for your time.

It does when only one platform is selling them shrink wrapped together and the other is selling them separately.
