Groucho - It would be sad to see Shenmue lose to anything on Corvin's list

Mattysemo247 - no explanation for Vryce

DVDChris - Nothing on jdpatri's list excites me even a little bit.

Jeremy517 - I will never understand why anyone likes FF7. I'm impressed that Orangecrush18 picked a Saturn game, but nothing will save him from Jeremy517's list.

Groucho vs. Michael Corvin -- RB2 not good enough to take down a whole list. It's really RB1.5.
Mattysemo247 vs. Vryce -- COD4 is enough to carry this list.
jdpatri vs. DVDChris -- Chris has an amazing list. Will be in the final with Orangecrush.
Jeremy517 vs. Orangecrush18 -- I really love GOW2, it's my game of the year pick but Orange has a very strong list and has the better version of RB plus a Halo title.

What? Ignoring the draft for a minute, I don't see how anyone could think that. Online World Tour, Challenges, super groups with all your characters, world tour for solo play, online connectivity with RB.com... I miss stars as much as the next guy but .... you have lost it.

Keep up, we were talking about Tomb Raider and how the franchise has been dragged through the mud from all the crappy sequels. Not sequels in general.

to be fair Tetris Attack is a sequel in the same sense that Super Mario Brothers 2 is a sequel.

Groucho
Spoiler:
Both lists have a 360 addition for me: GW2 and RB2. In the Mario category, I gave a slight edge to SMB3, for the impact then and its ability to withstand time. A different Zelda (MM or WW) would probably have swayed me to the other side, but PH had a few things that really annoyed me.

Vryce
Spoiler:
Matty has the better mario game, Vryce has the better Zelda game. Those cancel each other out, so that leaves me with the rest. Never owned a Sony system, so there isn't a whole lot left for me to judge on. CoD4 takes it.

jdpatri
Spoiler:
Super Metroid, Goldeneye, Castlevania III, Crystalis. Both lists had a number of games that I like a lot. It was a tough choice.

Jeremy517
Spoiler:
I like my list.

Groucho vs. Michael Corvin: I give it to Michael Corvin, mostly on the strength of the fact that he has a couple of games (PoP and Eternal Darkness) that I had my own eye on.

Mattysemo247 vs. Vryce: Again, I like both lists. But Tetris, Psychonauts, and Twilight Princess are a strong enough combo to make me give the nod to Mattysemo247.

jdpatri vs. DVDChris: Again, neither one of these lists really stands out above the other for me. I'm going to vote for DVDChris.

Jeremy517 vs. Orangecrush18: Metroid, Zelda, and GoW are more than enough to make me cast my vote for Jeremy517.

This is gonna be tough. I voted for all 8 contestants here in the last round so there's no easy eliminator for me. I'll have my picks soon.

The rules say no editing your vote post, so be sure to put your comments in a separate post.

Yes, please do ensure that you put your comments in a separate post and don't edit your post with the votes in it.

Even though you'd vote would be tossed out, and it is a vote against me. I'd rather win/lose on a level playing field over a technicality like an edited post.

These are some tough match-ups with both sets of lists containing games that I loved playing.

However, these are my votes.

Michael Corvin - Okami and Rock Band 2 sealed up this list for me.
Vryce - While my opponent has many great titles, I still think my picks edge them out.
DVDChris - Halo 3 and Kingdom Hearts 2 really propel this list
Orangecrush1 - Halo 2 was my most played game for 2 years only surpassed by Halo 3. Add in FFVII, Rock Band which changed rhythm games and you have a great list.

Just an FYI, I will be leaving town tomorrow, so the final count may be a bit delayed.
