I forgot mention my first N64 game: StarFox64, although I really got it in anticipation of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Man, I really cannot remember my first games on most systems. Here's a try, though:
(Skipping the Pongish game our family had)
Atari 2600 - Asteroids
Commodore 64 - Either Popeye or Crisis Mountain
Sega Genesis - Sonic
Sega Saturn - Virtua Fighter, Daytona USA and Panzer Dragoon
Sega Dreamcast - Sonic Adventure
Playstation - Ridge Racer or Toshinden
Playstation 2 - Madden 2001 and Summoner (why oh why did I buy either of these?)
Playstation 3 - Warhawk
XBox - Project Gotham Racing
Xbox 360 - Ridge Racer 6
Wii - Super Paper Mario
Nintendo 64 - WCW vs NWO

This is going to be difficult for the older systems, but I think this is right.
Atari 2600: Asteroids
NES: Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt came with the system, and I think my first purchased game was RC Pro Am (a remote control car racing game)
Game Boy (original): Tetris, but I think this came with the system. The first purchased game was Super Mario Land
Super NES: Super Mario World, SimCity (I had it for our computer at the time, but it was so slow)
Philips CD-i: Worst gaming device ever! The first game I purchased was Clue. I also had the misfortune of purchasing two of the crappy Zelda games for the system.
Sega Game Gear: First game was Columns, but I don't remember if this came with the system or not.
Nintendo 64: I didn't pick this up at launch, so I bought Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Goldeneye all at the same time.
Sega Dreamcast: I purchased the sports package while in college, so the package came with NBA2K and NFL2K. I think my first purchased game was Crazy Taxi.
Playstation 2: I sold my Dreamcast to a friend and replaced it with the PS2. I really missed Crazi Taxi, so I bought that first.
Nintendo GameCube: Luigi's Mansion. I still haven't finished that game. Of my previous generation consoles, it's the only one I still have.
Game Boy Advance: I have absolutely no idea. Was there an Earthworm Jim game for the GBA at launch? If so, I think it was that game.
Xbox: I didn't get the Xbox until later, so my package came with JSRF and some other racing game. I think my first purchased game was Splinter Cell.
Nintendo DS: Another one I don't remember. I purchased the DS a little later, so I think my first game was Meteos.
Wii: Aside from the packaged Wii Sports, I purchased The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
Playstation 3: I really purchased it for the Blu-Ray capability, but I also picked-up Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. I love the Ratchet and Clank games.
I typically don't keep my consoles, but I've made a habit of keeping all of my Nintendo consoles and games. I still have my original NES (complete with still functioning Legend of Zelda gold cartridge and original battery), original Game Boy, Super NES, N64, and Game Cube. Of course I still have all the games and accessories for the consoles. I think my least-used accessory was the mouse from Mario Paint (SNES). The only reason I wanted it was because my cousin had a computer (386 DX), and we were still using the Apple II. We had the green monitor, and I wanted something that could do the same things as Microsoft Paint (Windows 3.1). I ended up getting Mario Paint for a birthday gift. So disappointing, but creating some of the music was fun!

I remember getting bored...and wishing it was Mario.
I started playing Pikmin more, and by the time I thought about getting back, there were other games out. Maybe I should put it in the Wii and finish it. I don't even remember how far I am!

PS3: Resistance
I'm including the pack-ins because I'm lame enough to play the pack-ins

Atari 2600: Don't remember
Nintendo Entertainment System: Aside from the Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt that was bundled with the console, we rented most games that we ever played. I think, though, that perhaps my first to own was R.B.I. Baseball 3.
Nintendo Gameboy: Excluding Tetris, the first I recall owning was Star Trek: 25th Anniversary.
Super Nintendo Entertainment System: Again, excluding the pack-in Super Mario World and Super Mario All-Stars, we rented more than we actually bought. I don't recall the first game I owned, but I know definitively that the first I ever paid for with my own money was Super Empire Strikes Back. I even wrote about it for a math class portfolio assignment because I put it on lay-away.
Nintendo 64: I bought my 64 for one game and one game alone: GoldenEye, which I bought when I bought the console.
Sony PlayStation: The PS2 was already out when I paid my cousin $30 for his PS1. As near as I recall, the first game I bought for it was Tomorrow Never Dies.
Sony PlayStation 2: I have absolutely no idea. My wife and I bought our PS2 used, and I think we picked up several used games to go with it. I can't recall now what any of them were.
Nintendo Gamecube: Another used console purchase. I believe the first game we bought to play was Mario Party 4, but I could well be wrong.
Wii: Excluding Wii Sports, my first game was LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga. (I think.)
SEGA Genesis: I recently appropriated this from my mom, and on vacation I picked up Batman and Dick Tracy. I quickly discovered I was no good at either.
