It's pronounced "Roy".

Can you give me some examples? It's honestly the only one I know.

I'm not going to research how many different songs are named "Pretty Woman" I download a lot of music from Napster and are preconditioned that tons of songs have the same title. I was doing something else and didn't think to associate the song title with the movie until I started playing it and heard the music.

The surprise was really that it was Ray Orbison that sang it. So I guess I was a Ray Orbison fan after all, since I also loved Oobie Doobie from before. I wonder how many more songs of his I know.

This honestly isn't meant to be mean at all, but you purchased the entire Roy Orbison pack before you realized you were familiar with any of the songs? I guess I could see doing that for a sample of DLC if there were only 20 songs available for download, but there are hundreds. Just about everyone has to be picky about purchasing songs at this point, particularly if money is a concern.

If it gets great reviews, sure. Ever go see a movie at the movie theater just because someone recommended it? Or rented a movie? Or bought a book? Or DVD? Or CD? And I haven't come across any song so far I've hated in Rock Band, so so far I'm fine with blind purchasing Rock Band songs, especially if it gets rave reviews in a thread. And with so many DLC available and me not being familiar with 99% of it, whenever I get an itch for something new, I buy something popular in this thread :D

What threads are you reading? Because if you go over to the RB forums you'll simultaneously buy everything and nothing every week.

So I was looking up Van Canto (an a capella metal band) on Wikipedia and it says:

They are slated to release several songs from their first album "A Storm to Come" onto Rock Band 2; "The Mission", "Rain", and "Battery" (Metallica Cover).
I know Wiki is filled with tons of fake info, but I found this hilarious! I'd love to play guitar to vocals!

These guys are crazy talented and awesome!

Personally, I thought the cover was absolutely horrible... but at the same time hilariously awesome.

Looks like the reviews don't matter at all to you

If I like the game or what it's about myself? Nope. If *I* like it, I don't care what anyone else thinks.

If there's a lot of stuff I'm unfamiliar with (DLC), then I'll go with what's popular.

I don't know how many people have a song called that, but Roy Orbison isn't one of them. ;)
