I didn't get my Fable 2 gift card and had to ask for it.
They sent it three days later and tried to place the blame on my spam filters. Bullshit. They're just doing a crappy job with this promo.

I sent them an email after i didn't get my $10 GC for GOW2 after a couple of days and they applied it to my account.
I just got another email from them with the $10 GC for GOW2 today, so they ended up giving it to me twice.

They did the same for me this morning. I emailed them yesterday and got a $10 GC today as well as an email saying they were going to credit my account $10.85 go figure.
