Does anyone know when these stores will actually get the bundles shipped to them? Are there shipments usually on Saturday or would it most likely be Friday, Thursday, or even earlier?

Community Countdown - Day 20: Lights, Camera, Action!
Community Countdown - Day 20: Lights, Camera, Action! - Guitar Hero World Tour will allow you to create an awesome stage show? Within GHTunes you will be able to set the light effects of your songs. This means you can make the lights go dark and then open up after the crazy solo is finish in your song. You can also set up how the characters will act.
I thought GHTunes was a music creator only. Being able to control the whole show is nice add.

The greatest thing that Activision could do right now is to announce that the entire back catalog of GH tracks will now be available as DLC on WT. Or that they are working on doing it.
It would start filling up the DLC to compete with RB and really set people at ease that they are serious about DLC.

Hey porieux, how does activating Star Power in GH:WT work with the RB drums?

They dont have to release them all at once. Certainly they could work on getting a few out each week. Should be especially easy for all covers of songs. Masters tracks may be more of an issue I know, but with the money and resources available to them now I dont see why they cant do it.

True. But with the money and resources Activision has there is no reason they can't sway them or just renegotiate with the bands directly for new rights.

We've had our bundles for about a week now at Wal-Mart. So chances are most places already have them ready to put out.

Well if they work like the Ion Drumrocker kit cymbals do, they will produce a cymbal sound in the "free play" sections of songs and in free play mode. The pads sound like toms and the cymbals sound like... well cymbals. It, however, doesn't change the game play mechanics.
I think it's much more engaging to disect the song while you're playing to discern whether you should be hitting the cymbals or the toms for the green, blue, and yellow notes. Doing that with the Ion set really does make it feel like you're playing for real. Actually, it does give you the proper mechanics on how to play real drums if you play that way (that is, if you have the Ion set placed the way a real set is put together).
Like Liver&Onions said, it just makes it a more viscreal experience when playing.
And you CAN use them at the same time.

Not having them mapped separately makes 'em kinda pointless, but that's a good throw-away gift idea for Christmas. Something I probably wouldn't buy but wouldn't mind as a gift.
So the question still remains... how does Star Power work in GH:WT with the Rock Band drums?

I figure if you're going to follow me around, like a lost puppy, I might as well drop some hints.
