Beyond Two Souls for PS3 is only $8. For those who played it, what were your thoughts on the game?

As far as cheap $8 shooters go, what's the better choice, Killzone, or Metro Redux (I'm assuming that's 2 games in 1)?

Killzone was a huge bore. Save your money.

I had passed on Tearaway Unfolded since I have the original game on the Vita (and it doesn't really have any replay value). But for $8, I figure I might as well get Unfolded just so my kids can give it a playthrough without borrowing my Vita. It's such a cute, sweet game (if way too easy).

When I checked Saturday, Doom 3 was going for $15, not $7. Either they made a mistake with the list, or they made a mistake with the site pricing. Maybe it's fixed today, not sure.

Ended up getting The Order on the flash sale. I know it's been derided, but for $8, I think it should be worth it for the graphics alone.

This sale will break me like always. How do I not have Suikoden III digitally yet? And only one part of Digital Devil Saga?

Hmm ... I dunno. Tropico 5 is a kind of hard-core civilization type sim, right? Table Top Racing looks fun, but I read it's just a port of a mobile game, so I'd go in with low expectations for that.

Switch Galaxy Ultra is like an infinite runner done in a Wipeout style. Not a big-deal game, but might be fun for a diversion



Table Top Racing World Tour looks pretty enough and seems pretty deep for a downloadable racing game


Tropico 5 is a full game (still $59.99 on the PSN Store today). Yeah, it's a Simulation, but they tend to be pretty fun and not too painful in their micro-management. I haven't played 5, but enjoyed 4 a lot.
Looks like there's a shit-ton of expensive DLC for this game. Hope it's enjoyable enough without it -- it would cost $70 to get all 5 DLC packs!

Will probably pick up that Star Wars Throwback pack for $12.50 and Super Star Wars for $5

To this day Super Star Wars is the hardest game I've played. You can buy the pack in from the Star Wars PS4 system for $12ish that has both those things.

There doesn't seem to be a pack that has all 4 games. The Throwback pack has the three games (STAR WARS Bounty Hunter, STAR WARS: Racer Revenge, and STAR WARS Starfighter), and Super Star Wars is sold alone.

Is there a pack that has all four games?

It came with the Holiday Bundle (along with a 10% off any order coupon that has since expired). It was for sale on the Grey Market. I bought one for like $14 and the coupon alone saved me that much.

Super Star Wars is totally worth it. A very good port. Brings back a lot of good memories. And the best part is you can save your progress which really helps since I'm an old fart now

Picked up Banner Saga and the Jackbox games. Played Quiplash and Fibbage at someone's party a month or so back and found them a lot of fun and had been waiting on a good deal!

I had held off picking up The Banner Saga because I had other stuff to play so that will be my one purchase this sale.
