You don't even have to download it on the Vita. It's triple Cross Buy. Get it on one system (PS3, Vita, PS4) and you get it on the other two as well.

Besides Destiny, Rogue Legacy is the game I put the most hours into last year.

Over 60 hours. Completed it twice.

I've bought it for both systems -- Actually three (!) if you count the PS3 version I used for the cheap upgrade to PS4. You should be all set there. #yourewelcome

I just noticed that the PSN Store has updated for anyone who's waiting to download this month's PS Plus games. With my miserable ISP, I should be playing Transistor in 2 or 3 hours.

Super Stardust Ultra Launching on PS4 February 10th

+ Posted by Mark O'Connor on Feb 06, 2015 // Producer, XDev Studio Europe

Hello again, everyone. Following up on my post announcing that Super Stardust Ultra was coming to PS4 (which you can read here), it gives me great pleasure to let you all know that it will be available to download next week on February 10th. I can also confirm that Super Stardust Ultra supports 3D at full 60 frames per second! We think this is something that you’ll want to show to friends and family, it really does add an extra dimension to an already unique and great looking game.

<iframe width="853" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/LWWnnn8CPEI?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Super Stardust Ultra is packed with incredible depth and variety, from five newly designed planets and other visual enhancements, to nine different single-player game modes. Some of which are brand new, only on PS4.

One of these modes is Blockade. As if blasting through hazardous meteor storms or fighting off enemy spacecraft wasn’t difficult enough, you now have to avoid an endless trail of deadly mines that are continually dropped from the back of your Star fighter. The twist however is that everything else on the planet is also destroyed if it makes contact with the mines, so they can be used to your advantage and timing your bombs or boost is critical to staying alive.

If you think you have the skills, then check out Interactive Streaming which not only allows you to broadcast your gameplay but also opens up your world, allowing your viewers to decide what happens next. The vote can range from a full onslaught of chaos, to a much needed helpful care package….you have been warned.

https://farm8.staticflickr.com/7287/...34a26ae7_z.jpg

There’s always plenty to achieve in Super Stardust Ultra, whether you are hunting Trophies in pursuit of the Platinum, or blasting your way to the top of the global leader boards. Competing against friends has never been easier, whether sending direct challenges or playing 2-4 player local split-screen battles — even teaming up in co-op mode.

All this will be available on PlayStation Store for $12.99; PS Plus subscribers will receive an additional 20% discount for a period of 1 week after launch, so make sure to pick up Super Stardust Ultra next week!

Holy shit. $10 for Rayman Legends is a steal.

Already bought Rayman Legends and Lara Croft & Temple of Orisis Deluxe. Thinking long and hard about getting Guilty Gear Xrd as well -- that game came out for $60 in late December.

For those who want to maximize savings, swing by Best Buy. They have a Buy One, Get One 20% off on gaming cards. $36 there gets you $40 in PSN credit - almost enough for all three of those games.

They are still 10% off at BestBuy... $50 for $45

Interesting. That's how they appear online, but not how they ring up in store (though it works out to be the same thing). In store the first $20 card was $20 and the second was $16.

Rayman Legends is one of my favorite games of the last five years and is a steal for that price. I 100% completed it on both Wii U and again recently on the PS4 and while both versions are great I actually prefer the PS4 version. The Dualshock 4 just feels better to me for the precise platforming that Rayman requires especially when going for full completion.

I had no issues hitting 100% with the tablet. Not sure how the DS4 would have an edge. An analog stick is an analog stick and face buttons are face buttons. I guess maybe ergonomically it would have an edge.

How do the tablet levels play on the PS4 or are they just omitted?

They play the same just you do it with button presses instead of the swipes on the Wii U screen.

Rayman Legends, vita or ps4 or both?

Decker 02-15-15 11:44 AM

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Definitely the PS4. My son and I just had a blast playing some co-op this morning. And co-op makes the game a lot easier actually. It's a good Vita port as well if you want both.

Gooter 02-15-15 12:09 PM

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

Oh cool, didn't know it had coop. Thanks Decker! Still may get it for Vita too. Shared trophy list?

Decker 02-15-15 12:28 PM

Re: Official PSN Games Thread

I don'think it even has cross-play or cross-save. That's completely separate games with separate trophy list.

I think the theme of this Valentine's flash sale is co-op games.

I put about 60 hours into this on Steam. It's crazy good.

Drawful has become a staple during game nights at my house when we normally focus on board games.
