$299 (Premium w/ 20gb hdd) at Target/Best Buy. Target was giving away a $25GC with purchase last week bringing the "technical" total down to $275, alas, that ended yesterday.

Edit: It's officially $299 but some Walmarts apparently didn't get the memo. It isn't a perm price drop as they're weeding the 20gbs out for the new $350 60gbs.

Ecost.com has really good deals on recertifieds last time I checked. Give them a look if you don't have a problem with a recert.
