Ubisoft strikes again:

PoP for 360 (no whining about PS3, darnit) is 19.99 at Amazon now, credit goes to CheapyD at CAG.

Looks like Monday is an all Day PS3 day. Hopefully they will have some better stuff than last time. But their Hi Def week was pretty weak.

Today is PS3 day at the Amazon Gold Box and Lightning Deals. They have Call of Duty 4 for $29 in the Gold Box and the Wolverine game in the Lightning deal for $40. The last lightning deal looks to be The Legends of Wrestlemania game.

Wow, not so great deals so far IMO...they just put up GH:Metallica as a lightning deal for $39.98....really, that is a deal? Sorry, not in my book, didn't Target just have it on sale for less than that a couple weeks ago? I'm still waiting for it to hit $25 or less to pick it up....

Yeah...so-so deals on games I'm only marginally interested in or already have.

I recommend Fallout at pretty much whatever price they throw up this afternoon. It's a very cool game, and the DLC is coming if that's a concern.

Fracture (360/PS3) is only $9.98 today at Amazon (DOTD).

Amazon has a few price drops:

Wanted: Weapons of Fate for $22.99 (Sucks for anyone who bought it over the weekend for their deal of the day for $26)

Gears of War 2 for $39.99 and the first GOW for $19.99

Also sucks for anyone who wants the PS3 version as only the 360 one has dropped...

I remember the demo being...eh..OK I guess.

I just don't know when I'd find time to play it when I'm so far behind on really great games.

I probably posted before but Wanted is a fun little game, unfortunately you can give the entire game/achievements a complete run-through in 2-3 days.

...and probably not something you'd want to keep in your library.

Smells like rental.

I'll wait for Wanted to be a clearance deal at Target.

I think $20 is a universal price drop for Mirror's Edge. It's showing up in a lot of places for that. I'm pretty tempted to pick it up.

Maybe after I put a dent in the backlog, as I have Dead Space and Lost Planet to get to.

Oh come on, is there any reason at all why these sales are almost always just for the 360 versions?

I was able get Mirror's Edge at Sam's Club for around $12. PS3 version.

...because there are twice as many pressed since there are more 360 owners than PS3 owners?

Because no one games on their PS3? :P

Or conversely the attach rate is so high on the PS3 that there's no copies left to go on clearance? (basically what Corvin said)
