What could a PS3 game that dreams are made of be?

No ABBA for me it seems

Re: Amazon Video Game Deal Thread .

I was thinking Eternal Sonata or Little Big Planet, but the Littlest Pet Shop came out of left field so who knows.

The one I really want is the last deal. That will be Lumious Arc 2. I'm hoping it is $20. It will also include the soundtrack and artbook. I have put that one off for awhile, but liked the first one (despite its slowdown and glitches) and I'm always ready to play a new tactical RPG.

Buy Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party (Wii) for $39.99, and get Rayman Raving Rabbids free at Amazon through 1/17.

Next one is Last Remnant for $29.99. Reviews were pretty awful so I'm passing even at $30.

An email from Atlus spoils the 6pm PST deal:

Just hope it is in the $20 - $25 range.

I'm definitely in for it if the price is right. Amazon is the official Atlus store so they usually have all the Atlus goodies like the artbooks even after launch. No preordering at awful Gamestop needed.

BTW, World of Goo on PC is next up after Ben 10 on Wii.

FWIW most player reviews seem to directly contrast the professional reviews.

If the last PS3 deal is Little Big Planet, I can't recommend it highly enough if:

You EVER enjoyed Legos or,
You have children, or
You enjoy platformers, or
You have a soul.

I want LBP (when it hits $20) but I have a major fear: That it's too hard. How's the selection of easy user-designed levels?

For reference purposes, I never finished SMB (NES). With the invincibility cheat on.

There are a ton of easy user designed levels, an the first 80% of the in-game levels are pretty easy.

It's worth more than $20 IMO. I paid $40, and will EASILY get my money's worth out of it. I could easily get through the year with just LBP and Rock Band. I've already designed 2 levels and have one more near completion.

Mine are hard though...so you might not like them.

Ugh. The 4pm deal is Imagine Teacher for $17.98. Hmm, shouldn't that be Imagine Teacherz.

I got stuck at level 8-1 because of all those damn gaps. And when I finally passed it level 8-2 had... more gaps.

I'd pay $40... hell I paid $120 for RB2 and I've played it for hours during this past month...and I haven't even finished with the guitar. I still have the singing and drums to get through. Where did you get it for $40 chess? I'm definitely not paying $60 for it... not because of the game itself but because it's insane that games are now $60.

Re: Amazon Video Game Deal Thread .

I went ahead and ordered World Of Goo. I don't normally buy PC games, but it does look kind of fun and got great reviews. Besides I purchased Amazon Prime and I kind of like the thought of buying $10 games and having Amazon spend $5 to ship it to me.

Hey Decker, I want to buy LBP.

(You always seem to come up with deals for stuff I want, so I figured might as well let you know ).

Rats! If only this deal let you choose between the original and its sequel then I'd be in....I already have the original RRR...even though the sequel didn't have the best reviews, I'd jump at the chance to snag it along with the new TV Party title at that price point, oh well....

I hope this is a decent price. I liked the first one but don't think it's worth any more than $20.

Never mind. It's $26. At least shipping is free.

Yeah, the free shipping makes it a deal. I ordered mine. Love the Atlus art books on Persona 3 & 4 so it should be good. Well all the big boobs in Luminous Arc kind of guarantee an interesting art book I guess.

Wow, this game is being sold off fast. Heh.

I thought Summon Night was a good deal too, but I got it for the same price at Best Buy.

It's as good a theory as anything else I've heard.
