Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
Each night when we go to watch something on Netflix I have to select "try again" three or four times to get the Wii to connect to the Internet to pull up on our instant queue. Our computers are connected fine, so I'm worried our Wii is having connection issues.
Has anyone else experienced something similar to that? |
Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
The old standby for Wii Wireless problems was to change the channel your wireless router uses to broadcast to either 1 or 11. By default it will probably be 6.

Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
Probable reasons for the lack of discussion:
1. It's Japan only 2. Most of us bought these on the VC in the past few years 3. Most Wiis are clogged with dust? ;) |
Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
It's a kick in the face it isn't on VC directly.
|
Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
I own the SNES cartridge so I have no interest in the VC.
Kind of off-topic, but would I be considered crazy for thinking the Super Mario All-Stars is the best game ever? |
Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
I didn't think it was supposed to be VC, but rather a disc.

Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
Looking forward to some DK Country.

Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
Donkey Kong Country should be great, as long as they didn't screw up the controls with pointing, waggling, etc.

From the video, it looks to me like NSMBW with Donkey Kong instead of Mario and the rhino instead of Yoshi.

Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
and why would that be bad? NSMBW kicked ass.
|
Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
^ I don't think anyone is suggesting that it's a bad thing; quite the opposite in fact.
|
Re: Official Wii thread -Part IX
Yup, I'll be getting that one as well. Looks pretty awesome.
I just hope that I don't have to hold my wiimote sideways like in NSMB Wii (and Metroid Other M) as that feels uncomfortable and cramped to me. Does anyone play games with a classic controller? Can you use one in NSMB Wii? |
