While I enjoyed the game a lot, I take no issues with that review.

I love the line 'like a man with no bones in his arms trying to serve you coffee' from the Kane & Lynch review.

Amazingly, I think he liked the Metroid gameplay thee better than I did. That was a fairly awesome review.

He had it a bit wrong, the fire axe sledgehammer doesn't seem anywhere near as cheap as the Tenderizers. The boxing gloves + Bowie knife.

I like this game and would like to say he's way off-base. But he's really not. Most of those criticisms are pretty fair. I still enjoy the game anyway.

Is "I like Batman comics more than I like Spider-Man comics" really a fair criticism? I mean, more power to you if that's the case, but the entire review seemed to be ragging on Marvel for not being DC. Apparently, Yahtzee is really Giantrobo.

More that I agree with his point that despite being in several different dimensions, the gameplay for at least three of these are exactly the same. And the obvious criticism that the one-liners aren't funny the first time, but get really old when repeated every 10 seconds during a 12 minute boss fight.

I didn't get the DC better than Marvel vibe. I got a vibe that he thinks Batman is just a better character than Spider-Man.

I don't even know why I bother to continue to watch these.

I get to between 4 and 8 behind and then watch them 2 - 3 at a time. I'm getting bored with him as well because it's not like his schtick will ever change.

I still find them quite funny. The iphone one was spot on.

I still find them funny. Even when they get a little repetitive there will be a gem every so often - the iPhone one was one of those gems.


Then again, I have found Penny Arcade funny for years now.
