....and after one good week with two previously unreleased titles (including one highly anticipated one), here we are back again with a crappy, already previously available on another format title.....too bad, I foolishly thought maybe Nintendo had actually turned a corner last week, oh well....

Re: The One and Only Virtual Console Thread (Wii)
Why, because I call out Nintendo for their sheer disregard of their customers when it comes to the VC? There are a bunch of much more deserving and desired titles that could be released, but they keep wasting opportunities by releasing the same damn games that are already available on the service....
So are you telling me that you are just fine with the fact there are so many duplications on the service? Or maybe you just don't care about the VC....but some of us do, if that's considered whining to you, don't bother reading my posts or just put me on ignore, I don't care...

I'm trying to stay positive about it. The VC, DSi and WiiWare releases are up and we are getting much more content the past month or so. We know that Smash Bros and Pilotwings is coming and that is good news. Yeah we still get duds, but at least the VC hasn't been abandoned.
I picked up Bookworm for DSi and really love it. This is one of those Popcap classics I never got around to playing somehow and it is a blast. DSi download version is just the classic version. The cheaper iphone version also has the timed mode. However, I like just playing the classic one and it is played book style which I always like on the DS. There is a full DS cart version coming soon with all the different modes, but for 500 points I can't complain about this version.

Gaijinworks (a new publisher from the owners of Working Designs) has acquired the catalogs for Sunsoft and Telnet Japan and is going to doing some REALLY cool shit with these catalogs on Virtual Console.
Blaster Master is due this month and will come with some surprises.
I'd try to hint on some other good stuff coming from this, but I know how petulant and whiny this forum can be.
Let's just say that they're planning to up the whole Virtual Console game (not that other publishers will follow their lead, but you'll want them to).

For some reason I'm expecting all new translations with lots of Bill Clinton jokes and the difficulty raised for each game. I have high hopes, but Working Designs butchered as much as they did well so trusting Vic will take time for me. I want an effort like Atlus and NIS does in America now not the stuff Vic did in the 90s.

So, what's the consensus on Excitebike: World Rally? I scrolled back a few pages and it only appeared two people bought it.
I'm not hurting for games to play but I have about 10k points burning a hole in my wallet and it looked pretty cool.

You have that much points just sitting around? Did you find some cards at WM in the clearance area?
I definitely want to get the Excitebike, I've heard good things about it, and I wanna get MegaMan 10 when that comes out too.
