nah, just save often, especially right before Big Daddy fights. The only ones that are difficult are in the first couple of sections before you build your power up.
|
Exactly.. Just save before a hard point and then reload if you die... Better anyways as you don't get half your med kits stripped.

Liz Tobey from Cult of Rapture:
Many of you have been asking me about the status of the BioShock PC Patch and Xbox 360 Title Update, and I have some good news for you. Both the BioShock PC Patch and the 360 Title Update will be available next week. In additon to these fixes, we will be releasing downloadable content free on both Xbox Live and for the PC, with the DLC bundled into the PC Patch. A full list of bug fixes and everything included in the DLC will be put up on the Cult of Rapture when the downloads become available. |
Awesome.

I wish you could buy the case seperate. I'd easily pay $10 just for a steelbook case. |
Nice, another reason to head back to Rapture

It looks really nice. It'd look good side to side with my Big Daddy figurine :D

Wondering when that BioShock patch and free content is coming your way? At the stroke of Midnight!
I’m proud to announce that the BioShock PC Patch and third BioShock 360 Title Update are available for download tonight at midnight, PST. So basically one new plasmid and three new tonics? It's cool they are doing this but I agree with slop101 that these are a bit disappointing. Sonic Boom just sounds like Telekinesis without the initial grab. But it's free so I guess I can't complain too much.
|
This will give me something new to look forward to when I eventually play through Bioshock again, after I clear out my backlog of unfinished games.
|
A bit disappointing, but it's better than nothing.
|
I also saw that this download fixes the widescreen resolution issues.
Does anyone know what the new plasmids will do to your game already in progress? |
slop appears hard to please

Wasn't complaining - just sort of underwhelmed.

It's still good to see others out there involved with this game. As far as I'm oncerned this is Game of the Year and yes I've played Halo 3 and COD4.

I just finished it the other day. Very good game indeed. Did you harvest any of the girls? I took the simpathy route myself.
