Finally. I never have used a download kiosk in my life since I always forget they exist, and I'm not dragging around my DS just to download a demo when I have wireless in my apartment for a reason.

It seems to be passed up over the announcement for Sonic, but I believe they mentioned that the adventure mode will have online co-op.

Sonic in Smash Bros.

PS3 exclusive moving to Wii exclusive (Monster Hunter)

I picked up MLB Power Pros at BB today with the 10% off games coupon, so I got it for around $38 with tax. Either way, the game is pretty damn awesome. I played for about 4 hours tonight, and there is SO MUCH to do in the game. Plus, you get rewarded with points where you can buy packs of baseball cards and get in-game trading cards. So cool.

Iwata says that by getting Monster Hunter 3, they are targeting the hardcore gamer. Its not just for the first time gamer anymore.

Can you play the DS demos on the Wii? I don't have a DS, but being able to demo a game (like the new Zelda) could go a long way towards me getting one.

While gameplay videos are always a possibility, playing a DS demo on the Wii would not be an accurate representation of the actual game. Especially for something like Zelda which is completely reliant on the touchscreen for controls.

I think the idea is that you would download it to your DS through your Wii, like you can do at DS stations at stores, not that you would play it on your Wii.

I realize that, just curious if the option would be available... I don't really see the problem with imitating the touch screen by pointing the wii-remote at an imitated split screen... but you're right - it is most likely that you just DL it to the Wii and transfer it to the DS.
