The graphics are a bit of a joke for a next gen system. I know somebody - maybe it was even IGN - was boasting about the crowd too. I thought the crowd sucked. It was the same 4 or 5 models over and over and they react the same - like they're all doing the Macarena.

All the positive reviews....I still want to rent first, but they never have it in stock. It may be time to dust off the PS3.

DJ, just go get it off Ebay or something... it's worth the $59. It's the first time I've used my PS3 as a non BR player.

I finally rented the game and I'm really enjoying it thus far. The gameplay is pretty good....I have to get used to some of the controls (after playing 60+ 2K7 games on 360). I may have to trade that away for this though. This game is making me want a new TV sooner than later (as my PS3 is on a 26" LCD, while the 360 is on a 55" RPTV).

Not sure how I feel about Road to the Show though. Seems a little lacking as you only play your at bats and rarely got to field. I still like the idea of building up your character though. Maybe if I was a pitcher it would be different...as I only played as a SS.

Yeah, the graphics are nothing special. I do think the crowd looks pretty good, though, when compared to MLB 2K7. Graphics don't concern me as much as gameplay does and The Show '07 delivers on gameplay.
