A little late to the party (XBLA version)... Is the Master Craftsmen achievement (forge godlike item) just based completely on luck? This one is starting to piss me off. I have tried at least 10 times so far. Heck, Bane only took me 3 tries.

Also, anyone up for "helping" me get the "win an xbox live match" achievement?

I now have 200/250 but can't get myself to spend 700 pts on the Xpac. Is it worth it for that price or hold out for a sale?

I highly doubt there'll be a sale on it. I commented 2 years ago about how disappointed I was in the DLC package. It's just way too short.

Bought PQ 2 last week and am hooked on this game! I'm a lvl 20 sorcerer but am now stuck on that fucking berzerker. He's the cheapest enemy so far i've encountered. Any time i get close to getting his health down he turns gems into skulls and kicks my ass. Do i need to power grind to lvl 25 or something? What's the best spells i should equip to take the bastard down?

Resurrecting an old thread I know, I know.

So...on the related Puzzle Quest front, I'm replaying Galactrix as I stopped at Level 21 last time because quite frankly, it was too frustrating. Fast forward...

I'm now level 41, Act V, in charge of a Vortraag Destroyer, and have 200 hit points plus plenty of shields. I have gotten the game to the point where its no longer super frustrating. All the leapgates are unlocked, I found some weapons which greatly benefit my ship's gunnery and I actually understand what is going on since I found a guide for the DS version on the developer's website. So I'm rolling slowly (because Intel is hard to come by and Rumors despite being the best thing to level up are harder once they get above 20 turns) towards finishing the game and level 50.

With that said, Is there anybody out there with this in their backlog (360 version) who still wants to get the multiplayer achievements?

I only ask because with those two multiplayer achievements and beating the rest of the game (which I actually feel like for the first time since picking it up I can do), I will have 100% all of the Puzzle Quest games for the 360. So in the same breath, if there are any other multiplayer achievements on the other PQ games that you need, I will help you with that as well even though I already have them. It would be nice, that's all, LOL
