Looking for the perfect DS lite case
Just got a DS Lite and am now looking for a case for it. The DS should be playable without removing it from the case. Something similar to the Logitech Case for the PSP would be great. I'm also getting the Shieldzone screen protector for the ds screens.
Any suggestions?
Btw, any good Nintendo DS forums you can recommend?

You can get around that by clicking the search link at the top middle rather than the forum search drop down below and to the right of that tool bar.
That brings up a google search page for DVD Talk.

If you want a case like the logitech one (which means plastic shell, you can play without removing the case, but it holds no accessories or games) there is one that is easily found at Target, Best Buy, Circuit City, and the like. It runs for 15 to 20 dollars (depending on the one you get) and comes with a bunch of "faceplates" to change the cover. The NFL themed one is the more expensive one. I just chuck the faceplates out, and it pretty much consists of two plastic shells that cover the outside of the DS, and are hinged together to allow it to open.
Okay, just found it, it's actually made by MadCatz:

I don't know if I'd call it the best case, as there are some import cases that are supposed to be really good. But I don't really want an oversized case to hold all my accessories, and this fits well and protects the outside from scratches, so it suits my needs.

I got one from Joytech for $10, clear case like that of the mad catz from above post... It's slick, but i don't think it will protect the DS much. However, the one i got is not perfect, you can't really close the DS 100% with the case on, a small tiny openning is visible... DAMN
Do not, do not, do not get the magnetic one, it could damage your DS...

I also recommend Joytech's clear armor (10 bucks at Circuit city). It is clear, and it is very thin (so doesn't make the DSL too bulky). But it is not a soft case.
EDIT: I have this armor case too.

This is the case I have: DS Lite Traveler Case
I believe this is an official Nintendo licensed product.
They also made the official PSP case as well: PSP Traveler Case
Not sure why gamestop listed the Developer as sony. If you check the back of the actual case, it will say BD & A.
