especially when many big sellers are actually what many gamers consider to be the "crap" such as most movie/TV licensed games, etc... its just that most of that market is not going to dvd empire to purchase their games..
you would have thought they would have known the terms that they would be buying games under before they went into the game business and been smart enough to determine, that there was little chance for them to be successful...

Sounds like bad business. You don't jump into a new aspect of the industry without checking out all the angles. It sounds like they went into the game optimistically, but where disapointed with the reality.
