Even with all the screw ups, no one can hold a grudge against Microsoft. We all love Xbox Live too much.
Even so, why is it doing this? They're really hurting us gamers.

I finally got it downloaded, but it also disconnects me from Live when I start the game. I'm guessing that will be resolved in the next few days.
As for getting to 300,000, I can barely get to 3,000 at the moment. Heh.

If gaming on the 360, and other systems, goes down this road, then I'll have no problem just flat out not playing certain games that are presented in this way. I'm fine with offering updates and the such, but when it comes to holding back content, and then overcharging for it, it's gone too far for me. I wish that there was some way to put limits on all of this, some sort of industry wide policy.

at that because it rings true.Anyway, I just dl'd the Lumines demo. It looks neat on my HDTV and the sounds are interesting. I guess it's ok. I just haven't figured out the "love" for it yet.

The Changes to My Xbox I've noticed:
- The privacy settings are editable on My Xbox now. You can set communications, Online status, Played Games, Gamer Profile, & Member content.
- Increased number of Starter Gamerpics, similar to what's preloaded on a 360 Hard Drive.
- Game pictures on your Recent Players list.
- Family Section added into Xbox.com, including Gamer Dad blog.
On a side note, the 600 point Advanced pack is up for Lumines. I'll be adding it to my Lumines review later for those interested.

Reading the Lumines review it says something about "...the developer is betting its Live Arcade success will rival the continually popular Geometry Wars or the recent re-release of Doom."
Was the Doom re-release really that popular?

Also, where is that Alaskan Adventure review L&O was joking about a few weeks back? The review for the game he claimed would boost 360 sales in Alaska?
edit: Instead of triple posting i thought i'd add my question to this post. Is there a Bartle test online aimed at gamers on Live? It was orignally designed for MUDs, adapted for MMO gamers, adapted for Kingdom of Loathing, but I have yet to see one aimed at Live which seems prime.
Has anyone seen one yet?
