I've checked there, I don't see anything about how to get in those areas. It looks like there are openings there but I don't see any. This is driving me up the fucking wall.

opens from the bottom doesn't it? I don't recall it being particularly difficult, but remember thinking it was kinda cool (it's under a water fountain and the fountain crumbles).
