Alright, I'll have to try those Home Depot tips, though I only had a handgun initially. Now taht I own the gun shop, I will take the shotty with me :)

The only "gun" I needed was the Nail Gun. :) It's a pretty powerful little weapon against the bosses.

I'm too lazy to read entriely thread... I just bought the game today. Did anyone have problem with reading very small letters on regular TV? I have 32 inch TV and I couldn't read anything on the screen. Is there any way to increase font size? I tried Option and no help.

The game is optimized for HDTVs, and the developers "forgot" to put in a text mode for standard definition TVs. There is no fix for it. In the dashboard options, you can change your TV setting to widescreen (even if it isn't widescreen) and it will make the text slightly better.

Well, I've played through two and a half times and must say the leveling up could use some work in the sequel. I'm already at level 49 in that amount of time, and I haven't even scratched the surface on rescuing people yet. I however have not attempted Overtime mode yet. I'm having too much fun in the regular game.

First time through, just went after bosses and cases just getting a feel for the game/map.
Second time went for the Gourmet & PP achievements(fell short on the PP one)
Third time snagged the PP achievement and just started saving people

Next time, I'm going for the clothes achievements :)

So hopefully the leveling can be made tighter, or limitless in a sequel.

Great game though and defnitely in my top 3 on the system so far.

Yeah, I'm having a blast playing through the first time. Seems I didn't keep track of time too well and my cases expired at Level 3, so now I'm just futzing around trying to level up and get some of the easier achievements till my 72 hours are up.

What's up with that chick that's hiding in the Cd shop? I can't get her to join me, saying she's been bit. She actually defected one time as well, whatever the hell that meant.

:lol: You know I just ran into her last night for the first time (third play through) I couldn't figure it out either so I killed her.

You actually took a picture of a PP sticker. There are approximately 100, and they are all worth 1000 each if you shoot at 100%. FYI, there is one in the security room on the bullitin board above the couch where you save. The other 98 are on you. :)

Damn, I've still got a lot to learn with this game. I shouldn't have took that break to finish Condemned in the middle, or I may have kept up with everyone else.

No. They have already announced they will not patch the text size issue.

Definitely not Dead Rising. Plus, there were no fire trucks in the game.

Edit: Looking closer, I don't think there are even zombies in that shot. Just looks like regular people to me.

Not to mention, if it was a HD shot of the game, it would be in widescreen.

It's totally not from the game. I dicked around so much on the roof that it's not even funny, and none of my shots (or potential shots) even looked remotely that crisp

Phew! I just got the Genocider achievement, made it to the helipad, got picked up, saved game after the credits. Now I got the real mega blaster. THIS is the weapon for lame-gamers like me! One shot takes out a psychopath! I can actually complete the cases now. LOL

:lol: I just started that achievement earlier tonight. I could only get through about 26,000 zombies before I was bored to tears. I saved it and will do it in parts to finish it up.

Before I started that, I finished up my last play through which I went for survivors. 39 w/o a guide. And 5 of the missing 11 were Me(Frank), Barnaby, Brad, Isabelle, & Jesse. Not sure how to save them yet.

Two I know I missed were with Kent. I still haven't figured out how to meet him as a boss the next day.

To get Frank, Barnaby, Brad, Isabelle, and Jessie as survivors, you must go for Ending B. Ending B = Do not solve all cases and be at the heliport at 12PM on the last day.

As for Kent, I showed him an erotica pic of Jessie on the 2nd day and he told me to meet him at noon on the next day (day 3). I never got a scoop call from Otis about it, but I went to Columbian Roastmasters again on day 3, and Kent was there. :shrug:

Hmmm. Can't save Barnaby & Isabelle? Odd.

I haven't even gotten Kent to show up on day 2 yet.
