Do a lot of people still play COD2 online? I played through the game twice and sold it before I got into playing anything on Live. Now wondering if I should go buy it again...
Would it be worth having again?
Currently I play GRAW, but did like COD2 much more as a game in general.

We were playing almost nightly.. GRAW hasn't been played in a LONG time. All this week people havne't really played at all online because of E3 (downloading trailers and playing UNO). COD2 tonight is the word..
So yea.. I would definately get it again..

Aside from the implication that anyone married wouldn't be able to buy things in the marketplace
i think most people understand someone being short the cash to pick something up.

Looks like I should buy COD2 again. eBay here I come!
GRAW has just been getting kinda boring, and is only fun if I get into matches with people I know where teamwork is used.

Here is just a quick description of the two new maps that you have to pay for and what I think of them.
Beaumont-Hague, France - This is my favorite of all the 4 new maps. It's that level in the single player game when you are on top of the silo and have to snipe all the people shooting mortars at you until help arrives. It has lots of houses with 2nd floors and is GREAT for snipers. The map itself is also a decent size. It's just big enough to give you a lot of room to reposition yourself without people noticing you, but it's also not too big where you can't find people for 5 minutes.
Kalach, Russia - This is my least favorite of all the 4 new maps. It's super tiny and really confusing. The whole thing is basically a bombed out building with no roof with stairs and hallways all over the place. It's really tight and you constatnly hear people running all around you, but it becomes hard to find them due to the multiple layers of the building since everything looks the same. But then again I am a sniper and this level is defiently designed for mindless machine gun action. Not my cup of tea since there is no real strategy involved, just run like crazy and shoot. When I played this online everybody had at least 25 deaths, so be prepared to get killed every fifteen seconds.
Yea, you should pick it up again if you get the chance. We seem to play that one the most, plus they are adding 5 more maps in July. So it will be a while until it gets old and boring IMHO.

Definetly get CoD again. It is a blast online, since they fixed all the problems with the online portion of it.
And, let me again say how much I love the 360 blog thing. My entry for today had me laughing.
Canis Firebrand's Xbox - 05/12/06
Canis Firebrand likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 5751 to be as cool as him. He played UNO, and then... yeah... that was awesome...

My last blog entry had me joining you in your awesomeness Canis.
Nah my wife is extremely cautious with money - she just allows a certain amount to be spent on my toys and she figures 5$ to keep me playing a game i already own versus buying a new 60$ when i get bored is a good investment. Then again we don't have cable or go out much due to having a wee child right now. That combined with my wonderful liberal arts degree giving me the skills to convincingly argue just about anything helps out frequently.

Wait until they turn 3 and take over your 360. If Ii turn on my 360 my son will appear out of thin air and say he wants to play either the Fishy game, the car game(burnout demo), Astropop or, Zuma. Then when he goes to bed its the wifes turn. I can only play if I beg or when both of them are asleep.

Is it Halo 2 tonight? Who does one contact to get in on the gaming? It's been a while since I played with y'all (started with SOCOM long ago), but will likely get in the habit again.

From the discussion last night i think a good number of us are going to be playing CoD2 on the 360. There will most likely be non-360 people playing Halo though.
As for getting into the games you just need to get some friend invites setup with several of us and get into the games through us. Once in a game if you are cool then normally others in the game will add you.

1) Are you Twelve years old?
2) Do you use profanity and then giggle?
3) Are you prone to screaming in a high pitched voice?
4) Is spawn killing something you believe in?
5) Would you be ashamed if someone killed you with a "beat down" and laughed.

If you said no to all of the above you're in. See you on the battlefield.

Good game last night guys. Sorry I had to leave early. I have been sick the past few days and developed a fever while playing last night
.
Yea, that sucked. Nothing like good old peer pressure to make you buy those maps. Also, I just sent you a friend request.
