Is the PSP version out yet? I thought it was delayed until next week some time...

Just FYI : It's on sale for $36.99 (psp version) at Fry's this weekend. I'm very tempted...

It's a great port to psp, but besides the extra characters and graphics, is pretty much exactly the same as the console versions. Which means if you played through the consoles, it's exactly the same storyline. Still, it's amazing to me that they fit it all in there, and I actually stopped playing the xbox version for the psp one.

I have the PC version and lost interest eventually. Great game tho'. I would say it is ten times better than the other Marvel offerings out there, namely Ultimate Spider Man, which just seemed to be a dumbed down version of Spiderman 2

Great to hear. I never bought either XL1 or XL2 for consoles. I doubt it would be worth it if I had, but since "it's new to me", I'm delighted that it's well worth it. From what I read I won't be missing out on anything (and there are 9 more missions, apparently). Found the Midway Arcade 3 game I bought a few weeks ago but never opened, returned it to BB (Fry's ad in hand), kicked in a twenty and walked out with this game. Can't wait to give it a spin...

I've been trying to play this game again recently and it just locks up my XBOX for some reason. Sometimes I could get past the parts where it locked up, other times its no go. Anyone else have this problem?

Original XBOX or 360? If it's the original then perhaps the CD drive is on its last leg.

I barely started playing this game then I sold it when the 360 came out. Now that I've finished Marvel Alliance and now that I've got better understanding of how this kind of game works I'd like to take another shot at it.

Its not a backwards compatible title

Have you collected a lot of extra items? I think there's a glitch in the game where if too many items are generated, the game freezes (especially later in the game when the levels are larger).

Selling unnecessary items and making sure you don't leave items on the ground should prevent it from freezing.

I was very disappointed in this title for numerous reasons. I loved XML1, but 2 just seemed too easy, even on hard, I just powered up Gambit's boost and plowed through everyone without much problem. Haven't touched the game since I beat it.

There is definitely a bug in the game as you indicated. I remember having that issue. Just Google Xmen Legends II bug and you'll find several references.

Towards the later part of the game if you have too much stuff in inventory it will freeze up.
