Re: Okami... whoa!

Slop put up a good comparison in this thread, but it's still a tough decision for me. It'll probably end up being Wii, since I have that and my PS3 Slim currently hooked up. If my 60GB were still alive, I'd probably go the PS2 route.

I'm happy for you. SMG was also tedious to me but it was still better than Okami. But Like I said, I wish I could get out of Okami what you guys are getting.

I have owned both the Wii and PS2 versions of this game.

I found the Wii controls VERY frustrating and recommend the PS2 version. You'd think drawing a circle (for instance) with the remote would be better than an analog stick, but it turns out that analog sticks are perfectly suited for drawing circles and lines. Go figure.

The PS2 version is a great game, though I wasn't as blown away as some others. The art style is phenomenal, but I didn't find it nearly as engaging as, say, Twilight Princess.

Yep, pretty sure that'll get me to buy and play it for the 3rd time. But November? So much shit already coming out around then.

Cool, but yeah, should be an April/May release for something to do during the summer drought.

I'm more disappointed that it's just a remaster, and not a third entry in the series...

Re: Okami... whoa!

Never finished this on the wii even though I got pretty far. It's been so long I probably should just restart. Maybe I'll pick up the ps3 version eventually.
