Guild Wars anyone?

Anyone care to play Guild Wars with me? I just got it and am still getting used to the interface. I decided that i wasn't into paying $15 a month for WoW.

I'm playing, I've got three characters, a lvl 10 E/N, a level 3 W, and a level 2 Me [just started those because my wife just started playing.]
I never played WoW, i'm not going to pay 50 bucks for a game then be required to pay 15/mo to keep playing it. GW I can play as much or as little as I want and not feel like I'm "wasting money".
It does take a little while to get used to the interface [you can actually rearrange what is shown on your HUD] but it makes sense pretty quick.
What's your character's name?
Mine are Alichine Stormwatch, Valour Kand, and Argilla Seil, respectively.

don't play WoW. i think that's my problem; coming from WoW, i compare everything in GW to it. GW didn't seem as refined.

the 2nd part, i agree with. since i have played so little, i don't feel like i've wasted any money. on the other hand, i don't feel like i'm wasting any money on WoW as well even w/ the monthly payments.

Hard to compare WoW to Guild Wars, they are very different games. GW is not simply "WoW without the monthly fee." For one thing, GW doesn't have a fraction of the content WoW does. For another, they play very differently.

Surely it has a "fraction" of the content. After all, even 1/100000th is a "fraction."
