I really wanted to play tonight but this cold I'm fighting beat my ass bad today. I hopped on but I was on with a friend and we were exploring the levels for a bit.

A few more doses of drugs and I should either be better or so buzzed I don't even care.

The friend I was exploring with is trying to find a clan. I didn't send an invite cause I thought forum members should get first crack at the spots but I did tell him to join the forum. Hopefully he'll join cause he is pretty damn good. His GamerTag is InnerTorment but I'm not sure if he'll use that as his username. We'll see if he shows or not.

Yeah.. it was a lot of fun last night playing with everyone.

And I totally agree about why I wasnted to get in games with people from here. In some of the clan games we played, we get such immature people.

This one game had some kid fixated on my gamertag and wouldn't shut up about it and just in general. He was always talking and singing, etc. Really annoying.

And then we had a game where they kicked our butts and told us how we all suck, etc. We got a chuckle when I said, sorry that we don't spend every minute playing the game because were kids. We actually have jobs and lives/families to take care of.

Oh well.. it seemed for the most part that the other clans were civil and even if they did talk smack during the game, afterwards they said good game and seemed decent.

If no one has objections, lets use this for emblems in clan battles.

Use the grunt emblem with blue primary color and gold secondary color on a solid background.

It looks pretty good on steel primary color armor and blue secondary color armor. Though in clan games that doesn't matter much because you are either red or blue.

Someone suggested a symbol that looked like a spinning DVD earlier, and I thought that would be a good idea. I used the Vortex (symbol #2) with the DVD talk blue and gold. Works pretty well and easy to spot amongst all the sword and ligtning bolt sigs

How do I check the messages? when I first sign on it tells me I have a msg just above "friends" press Y deal. It flashes for a couple seconds then disappears and I don't know where to find/check them... help?

The same thing has happened to me. The only way I know of is to look at all your friends and clanmates and see if there is an icon under messages next to their name. Seems like there would maybe be an easier way though.

I am using B as that is what was posted on page one to use. Last night there were 7 people that used symbol B that I noticed.

I had originally said use the Grunt Symbol, but I had missed vortex and would have chosen that one if I had seen it.

This past friday and saturday we had about 8 people playing major clan games and even more just playing games like team slayer, CTF.

Yeah I'm going to try to be on tonight, but as BeanDip0001 explained on the clan forum my box is at his house since I cannot get broadband out in the middle of nowhere where I currently live. This really sucks since he sleeps till like 8:00 at night because he's lazy as hell. So hopefully I can talk him into waking up at least by the time I get off of work.

Playing on Friday was awesome but I think maybe we should have thought through the split up we made when we had enough people to do so. I noticed we started getting blown away after we split up. Maybe we should have tried to make a more balanced split to be more effective in the clan battles.

What was everyones favorite comment by the other clans this weekend mine was...........

"I got every medal you can get" maybe you had to be there to hear it but in the context it was hilarious, I'm sure the people I was playing with will remember.

I also love it when the other clans call us "noobs"..........let's think about it people the game hasn't even been out for a week yet. I really hope we start getting really good so that we can show those loser kids what winning with respect it like, cause I know none of us would stoop to the level these other clans do.

Oh I almost forgot, thank you to everyone who talked all that smack to BeanDip0001 for not having a communicator on Friday, although he acted like he thought it was funny it has actually convinced him he needs to get one.

We did that a few times over the weekend. Won and were respectful, said good game and such. The other teams whined and made all kinds of excuses why they lost and we won.

Its part of why Live sucks since you have all kinds of kids that do nothing but yell, scream, curse and annoy.

But at least there are ways to try and get in games with better people.

I'm sorry I haven't updated the front list in a few days. I probably won't get to it this week (family stuff) but I'll get to it eventually.

And now for my retard question, How do you get camo online and what do they look like? Is it a pack you pick up and do you activate like single player?

Is the strat guide any good for showing online maps and loactions of items?

Active camo is a blue orb inside a triangle much like the oversheild (which is yellow). You just have to know where they live on the map. I've noticed on Coagulation that sometime the overshield and camo swap spots, but I haven't seen it happen on other maps yet.

Nope. Oversheild is a yellow orb in a square. Active Camo is a blue orb in a triangle.

i do have a communicator set, it's nice to see people want to use them. i hate playing alot of live games against people who don't have them.

so i signed up on bungie and sent a request there. so now i wait for one of you two to accept that one, and then i have to wait for another invite on Live itself to actually join the clan online?
