thought about joining the clan, but I read on Bungies site that you can only be in 1 clan at a time. So that spot is reserved for my buddies and I.

Just a suggestion, but since we can go with any color scheme we want regarding the Master Chief's armor, we could use all blue, or two-tone (blue and yellow).

I like the blue and yellow idea.

Someone over on Bungie's website created an emblem designer site for Halo 2 here . We can screw around making different ones and see what we all like. Here are some examples:

The website I linked to has the actual in-game logo's that you can use. I looked for a DVD, but no dice.

I am not sure but I think I read that you can only belong to one clan at a time??? I am new to all this?

Can someone look into setting up a clan page? I'm having a hell of time figuring out how to do it...

That's correct bfrank. But I think you can still do the "party" system where you spend the night with a specific group of friends hopping from game to game.

So if people are planning on forming a clan with like 4 people, they might consider being a part of DVD Talk's larger clan but still play with their friends using the party function.

From what I read over at the bungie forums, you need to set up the clan via Halo 2 & xbox live. (I could be wrong though)

That would make sense, since I see no way to do it on the web.

I believe that Halo2 restricts you to 1 clan. So bfrank, you're either with us or against us!

You'll be able to join other games, you just can't join another clan. In other words, you aren't limited to playing games with clanmates.

I have read the reviews that touch on it but I can not find details anywhere???

You can find more information on clans at the 7th Column on Bungie.net. A clan is also known as a group on the Bungie.net site. There is a link titled Groups 101 on that page that describes their group system. Here is the link to the page to create your group .
