I'm enjoying this so far and I like it quite a bit... BUT, I think X-box's Top Spin kills it. TS is a lot faster and controls a lot better and is just more fun.
But Mario Tennis does have cool little frills and details that make up for it's lack of speed and intensity (compared to Top Spin).

I really, really don't like this game. The tennis action is very boring and repetitive and the power shots to me actually ruin the game because they are so frequent. I don't feel like I really have control over my guy the way you do in a game like Virtua Tennis or Top Spin. I'm going to play it some more, but so far I give this game a big thumbs down, the controls define clunky.
