My god, those are nice.
Consider that twenty years ago, videogame state-of-the-art consisted of Pac-Man. The amount of progress that we've made in videogame art over the past few decades is just stunning.
It's also not the least bit surprising that videogames have zoomed past the movie industry in terms of profit. These screenshots are more cinematic and evocative than most movies I've seen in the past few years.

DVD Talk Godfather & 2020 TOTY Winner
I think only the second and third images above are in-game footage and everything in that trailer was pre-rendered also. This game will be played as a FPS. Don't be too impressed with the other stuff yet.
