I guess since it's not a Nintendo exclusive it's ok.

Mentioning it's short lets me know that it definitely needs to go on my "pick up when it's $20 or less" list.

But someone mentioned multiplayer. What kind of mp is it? FPS?

I purchased it yesterday. I'm not an HC,UTBG like many of you, so I found the game immense fun. It's not the "utimate challenge," but it does provide a good time.

Would a 7 y/o be too young to play this? My nephew is absolutely nuts about Legos and he just entered his Star Wars phase.

I'll be picking this one up, but I won't be playing the episode III section of the game. I've been avoiding all trailers / info like the plague... want to go into the movie fresh.

So this was clearly designed with younger gamers in mind.

I didn't realize this was out already,i think i will pick it up after work today.
I wonder why the XBOX version doesn't come out until next week,i would rather have that one.
As for games being short,i actually like shorter games since i don't have tons of time to spend on them and usually end up losing interest if a game is too long.

I'm still trying to figure out why, exactly, the Xbox version was delayed until next week. I had it preordered for the Xbox at Game Rush (Blockbuster), and even the fairly-knowledgable guy who usually works in that part of the store wasn't sure why the Xbox shipment didn't arrive with the PS2 copies.
The length of a game makes no difference to me -- it's quality, not quantity, and from what I've read so far, it sounds like this will be a fun title to play with my young son.

That has NOTHING to do with a game's length.

This game rocks. I love the fact that the second player can jump in whenever he/she wants to help out the first player. I wish that I could find some help trying to find all ten silver cylinders on each level. My 7-year old is already addicted. In free play mode you can switch into any character that you have unlocked.

I pre-ordered this at Game Rush for Xbox...Looks like tomorrow (well, today now I suppose,Wednesday) is the day. I look forward to playing it with my fiance. She loves Star Wars games, and this looks like a great one to play together.
